Hello, this is Soobin!
Today, I'm going to tell you how to exercise that actually helps your swimming stamina.
It's a method that all aerobic athletes and swimmers are doing.
When I was Soobin, I was having a hard time even if I swam 100m or 200m.
In addition to the Red Cross instructor volunteer work,
to get an instructor, the last visit is to swim 2 to 3km in the sea.
That was the last visit.
At that time, I did a lot of self-defense, training, and exercise methods.
I remember going to the sea while smiling.
I'll tell you how to help you.
Let's get started.
First of all, the name is hypoxic training method.
It's an exercise method that limits your breathing when you swim.
If you talk about it in a difficult way, you can get rid of your endurance, carbon dioxide, and adaptability.
To make it easier to understand,
It's a better fuel economy for cars.
It's too hard if you pull it once or twice with one breath.
Some people don't have a hard time even if they breathe once, three, four, or five times.
This method also increases muscle endurance.
How do you get rid of it when you're having a hard time breathing?
It's an exercise method that helps you use the amount of oxygen you drink once efficiently.
I'll tell you in detail.
If it's a hypoxic, it's 3, 5, 7, and so on.
It's easy to follow.
But how are you going to breathe?
One, two, you're going to hold your breath.
From the third and fourth, you can breathe as you normally do.
I'm going to go up to six.
One, two, three, four, five, six.
What I really want to tell you is that the moment when you breathe a lot will come.
Don't hold your breath here.
If you let go of your breath a little bit, it'll come up like this and sink.
This is what I want to tell you.
I'm not holding my breath.
If you let go of your breath when you're having a hard time,
I'll show you an hour-long program that you can keep going while your breath is sinking.
First, I'm going to do about 200 meters of kicks in front of me to warm up my body.
And then I'm going to start the freestyle.
It's just freestyle.
You breathe once every two times.
There's a lot of high-intensity exercise in the back.
Don't do it fast. Do it slowly.
Now, I'm going to loosen my shoulders.
And breathe a little bit.
Take your time.
You don't have to bend your arms.
Think of it as loosening your shoulders.
You can open your arms and do freestyle.
Now, you're going to do 200 meters of freestyle.
This time, you're going to breathe once every four times.
Left hand, right hand, left hand.
And you're going to go to the fourth wave.
Now, you're going to hold your breath for the first and second.
And then you're going to go to the third wave.
It's so hard to breathe now.
If you're having a hard time from the first two,
At that time, let go of your breath a little bit.
Then the hard thing is going to go down a little bit.
And then you go back.
And then you're going to do 150 meters once every four times.
Now, I'm going to breathe once every two times.
I'm going to breathe once every four times.
I'm going to keep connecting like this.
We said 150 meters earlier.
You don't have to go 150 meters at once.
I can't go at once.
So it's too hard for me to go 25 meters.
And it's hard for me to do 50 meters.
Then take a break.
You can take a break and go back.
But within the range of not taking too much rest.
Not more than a minute.
You're going to do this 150 meters, too.
Now, I'm going to breathe once every six times.
It's a lot harder from here.
But if you can't do this,
You can do it again every four times.
Now, the important thing here is that you're going to breathe a lot.
So now I've gone one, two, three times, and now I'm breathing too much.
Then let go of your breath a little bit.
It's accurate to say let go.
If you breathe out, you can breathe out too much.
Just let it go.
So you have to feel your body losing strength as you let go of your breath.
Now, this is a little strong.
It's not 150 meters, it's 100 meters.
Now, I did 2, 4, 2, 4.
This time, I'm going to go 2, 4, 6.
Once, twice, once, four times, once.
And then at the end, six times, once.
And then again, twice, once, and back.
It's a repeat.
Now, from here, it can be a little confusing.
If you do 2, 4, 6, 2, 4, 6, you'll be confused.
Don't say when to breathe.
If it's too hard, you can just breathe.
You don't have to force yourself to go.
If it's hard, let go of your breath.
So that you can breathe a lot.
Now, this is going to be 150 meters.
Now, this is the last one.
I'm going to go all the way to 25 meters without breathing.
It's a motto.
If you're having a hard time, you don't have to do this.
This is a choice.
I can go 25 meters without breathing.
You have to be able to go once.
This is how you use your strength efficiently.
I did it without breathing, but I can't go to the end.
Get up in the middle.
Then I'm swimming too hard.
So hold your breath and slowly.
One, one, slowly.
I recommend you try to go as far as you can.
This is 25 meters, one, 25 meters, one.
I'm going to try 50 meters like this.
Now, the last time, I'm going to finish it with two.
I'm going to go down.
I've been restricting my breathing so far.
You have to go down at the end.
The last tip when you go down is...
You have to completely relax your body.
You have to think of it as one with the water.
You have to do it slowly.
If you do this, you'll be able to breathe.
Then you'll feel a little bit more comfortable.
I'm going to finish with 200.
I do this a lot when I work out.
This exercise is honestly a little painful.
You don't have to do six or eight at your own pace.
It's enough to do it once every four times.
Be careful not to get into an accident.
Hwang Sun-woo is also preparing for the World Championships.
After the turn, he did a dolphin kick three or four times.
The coach told me to change it to six.
At first, these players...
How do you kick six?
How can I stand that?
I've been working out and training.
He said he got used to the six.
Don't do it every day.
If you do it once in a while when you remember,
It helps you breathe and lose your strength.
And you'll really improve your stamina.
When you're free-swimming or free-swimming,
If you try it once in a while, it'll help you a lot.
I hope you have a happy swim today.
Swim!
