Hi friends and welcome to day 13 of your 30-day meditation. Let's take a few moments to find your
comfortable position today in a safe, secure space. This may be sitting upright
in an easy seat on your mat. You may be sitting on a block or a blanket.
You may find yourself lying down with a bolster or a pillow.
Just find a way that honors your body today and how you feel and just be sure that you're able to
relax in this posture for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Let's begin with a deep inhalation through the nose and a long open mouth exhalation.
Now let's find a nice bear hug and squeeze your shoulders by your ears. Deep breath in
and gently exhale, releasing any grip, any tension, rolling your shoulders down your back
and letting your arms and palms rest down by your sides or onto your knees.
As you begin to settle into this space, you may find yourself placing your hands on your heart
or one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart and just allowing your gaze to
turn inwards as you become the watcher of this experience.
Allowing your eyelids to get heavier and relaxing your facial muscles,
your brows, allowing your tongue to release from the roof of your mouth,
parting your teeth but still keeping your lips together. Taking this moment to find quiet
and stillness and serenity just you and your breath. Finding a nice inhale,
filling your lungs with some fresh air and then melting your shoulders further down your back
and exhaling any stale air out. Finding your existence in this space
and thanking yourself once again for taking a few moments of your time for yourself. It's
these types of small dedications that are not easy but so important. So on this next inhale,
you'll hold the breath for five seconds and then exhale for five seconds as well.
Finding an inhale for one, two, three, four, five, and fully exhaling for five,
four, three, two, and one. Coming back to our normal breath, you can release your hands to
your knees here. Your palms may face up or down and let's begin. We create our own reality.
We are who God says we are but we become who we think we are. Our thoughts shape our reality
and what we manifest often does come into our lives tangibly.
If we speak with an impure mind, trouble will follow. Finding an inhale here and an exhale.
You must know that you are strength. You are energetic and you are powerful. Tell yourself
and know the truth that you are blessed. You're abundant. You're wealthy. You're open to receive.
You are creatively and particularly made. You are motivated. You are successful. You are rich.
You are confident. You believe in yourself. You are fearless in God. You are powerful
and you are going to take action today. You are calm. You are relaxed. You are strong
and you are persistent. You are wise. You are positive. You are peaceful and you are open.
You are connected to a lifeline. You are in the moment and you are right here right now.
You are loved. You are disciplined. You are successful and you are a born leader. You're focused,
motivated, driven and you're taking bold steps. You're moving forward with confidence.
You are achieving. You are valuable, abundant, courageous and always willing to learn more.
You are enough and you're peaceful, grateful and fulfilled. You are already rich.
You're already a millionaire. You're healthy, strong, boundless and living a beautiful life.
You're confident, optimistic. You are hopeful and you're happy with who you are.
You are abundant, blessed and enough just as you are. Inhale and exhale it all out.
Another inhale and an open mouth exhale.
One more deep breath in. Expand your lungs and take in as much air as you can
and exhale it all out.
Coming to these soft inhales and exhales. Bring in an awareness back into the body.
Maybe you gently turn your head from side to side here.
Bringing your palms together to your forehead to remind yourself that these affirmations
start right here and from this thought your words are formed. Bringing your palms
to your lips to remind yourself to speak words that you want to manifest.
Words are very powerful and can bring life and health or crush the spirit.
And next bringing your palms to your heart to remind yourself that you are deeply loved,
cared for, created with intention and purpose. You have a reason for your existence
and you are a beautiful human being. You may flutter your eyes open. Thank you friends for
joining me in our meditation today. I pray that you feel empowered and know that you are blessed
and can laugh without fear of the future. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
