Two 19 y/o students founding an app startup in 30 days EP8

Gabriel住在意大利,我們有一個六小時的時間差距 所以對我個人來說,很多溝通都會發生在下午 所以我會遲一點在團體會議上 或是跟他們溝通 所以我現在在臺灣,時間差距對我們團隊的溝通有很大的影響 所以我覺得這是最有挑戰性的部分,在遠距離工作 然而,我認為我們在App Studio做的一大堆工作 幾乎是無緣無故的工作 只是需要做的東西,讓我們可以在應用程式上做 但我們認為這是值得的 如同你們所知,我們每次發佈一條影片 因為這個原因,我們收到很多人要求加入的應用程式 我們必須查看所有應用程式 我們認為最好的方法是將所有能量分配到接下來的項目 因為Boulevard Legacy是一家應用程式工作室 我們計劃在應用程式後製作更多的應用程式 有一個很難做到的事情 就是訪問開發者 因為每個人的技術都非常獨特 不同人都有不同的技術 而我們公司,我們嘗試將技術分配到所有產品 讓我們能夠很快地發展 基本上,我們的系統 是很快地發行,很快地市場化 很容易實行 但如果我們有產品 每個產品都使用不同的程式和語言 就很難實行 所以我們想創造一個標準的應用程式 為我們創造的產品 這是應用程式的應用程式 這是很難做到的 就是找出有技術的人 擁有同樣的技術 雖然我相信任何人都可以使用任何語言 所以我相信我們可以很快地發展 我認為要與過去使用過的語言人士合作 所以我正在做這個工作 我有幾個面試,我會參加 接下來的產品 我還在看各個面試的文件 看看他們使用哪些語言 我們現在面臨的一個很大的挑戰 是付費的宣傳 我們基本上有一個專業的預算 來宣傳 並且正在談判一個對我們來說很合理的協議 在這個階段 我們正在加強開發 很多的頁面和人們 我們與他們聯繫過 他們的宣傳預算非常高 我們並沒有看到他們的財務 或價值 所以我們的成功率 實際上是建立了一個很好的夥伴 與優秀的夥伴 頁面的價值 非常低 大約5% 這就意味着 我們必須發出更多的郵件 並與更多的人聯繫 爲我們的付費宣傳 這就需要很多時間 因爲你基本上要和他們 一步一步的談判 我認爲這是一個常見的挑戰 爲企業創業者面臨的問題 賺錢是一件事 但是你如何確保 你實際上把錢花在 對的人 對頁面 對傳播頻道 對宣傳頻道 我們基本上有一個東西 叫做價值每千個觀看 這很簡單的意思是 我們要花多少錢 才能得到1000個觀看 我們儘量保持這個數字 非常低 這樣我們的預算 就能夠達到最高 我們可以看到 我們已經轉發到軟件店 現在正在等待 它們的評價 Benji製作了這些美麗的屏幕 來顯示軟件的預測 我們還做了 不少的UI改變 所以 我們其實很高興 我們已經把所有的資料 很高興 它們的評價 希望它們的評價 也能夠得到 我們不需要 再重複 像我們之前 我發現一件事 你建立的家庭 和朋友關係 對你的人生來說 這其實是最重要的 我住在紐約 我的家人在臺灣 我每年 能看到他們兩次 這讓我看得很清楚 每次我回來 I try to maximize the time that I have with them by spending time, you know, having quality conversations with them. I was raised by my grandparents, and they're 77 right now. And, you know, I see their health declining quite a lot. Also for my parents as well, I see that they're growing older. It just kind of makes you reflect, like, I'm 19 years old, and in order for me to have enough work experience so that I can leverage the work experience I have in the U.S. to get a decently paying job in Asia, not even Taiwan, but like Singapore and Hong Kong. That's probably going to take me around 10 years if I work really, really hard. And that just kind of hits me. Like, banking is not a job where you can just, you know, travel for your family just when you have vacation. You pretty much don't have vacation because it's such a high-intensity job. Or just any work in finance. I would assume that I have to stay in the U.S. for a long time. That really puts things into perspective where, now I think about it, 10 years, that's a decade. By that time, my grandparents would be 87, 88, or my parents are going to be 60. I'm on a path where I'm paying 80K, 90K in tuition for 4 years just for me to work another 10 years of not seeing my family that often, if that makes sense. Like, I don't really see the meaning in this. My dad tells me this all the time. There's only a few ways you can get rich. Stocks, real estate, or building your own business in which you get money through the equity that you own, right? Having a cash flow business that generates cash for you constantly. Like, these are the only few ways for you to get rich. It's definitely not trading your time for your money. Like, why don't I leverage the resources and the ability that I have to build things of my own and to build my own business so that at least I have a shot at financial freedom at a young age where I could maybe not sacrifice 10 years, but just 2 years or 3 years. That's a luxury that most people don't have. And I'm still in the pursuit of this journey, right? You guys can check out my startup series with Gabriel, who's my co-founder. I know one thing for sure. I don't want to be separate and away from my family for 10 years because of a Wall Street job. That's going to be able to generate a decent salary for me. That's not something that I want. And I know that for sure. So for the next few months, I'm going to be working really, really hard on this company. And hopefully it's going to be successful. I'm really happy we added our animations, right? Especially before creating your custom plan. And as you can see here, what I talked about in a lot of the previous videos is a custom plan generation. And basically, depending on your answers, then we assign you a specific persona. And that you obviously match with depending on your habits. And then we create a custom daily plan for you. And this is the celebrity's routine where you can copy. And then finally, we added this last minute, which is a rating screen, which is something that actually a successful founder told us to do. That apparently is really useful. And will help us. Either way, people don't necessarily convert to paying users. We still benefit from downloads in some type of way.
