He finally got caught

we have a clown show going on in Congress right now and it features none other than Dr Anthony fouchy the science behind what we all went through these past few years says that he's done nothing wrong and that the reality is that he's the victim here not the millions upon millions of people who have been misled through his policies and I know that this entire thing is just going to piss us off because he's not going to be prosecuted by the doj even though lawmakers will Grill him and prove that he's a liar in Congress however these people don't really have the authority to prosecute and we're now learning that a lot of the things that we were made to believe were not based on science they were made up on the spot take social distancing for example fouchy doesn't remember where that six feet rule came from he's not aware of any studies that can support that claim the same can be said for masking especially for kids the issue that we now face is that these mandates have caused more harm than good and when fouchy was confronted about this well he decided to throw someone else under the bus he says that these policies didn't come from him he's innocent if we're talking about mandates he Dr fouy is panning the blame on the CDC I don't want to be casting stones at the distortions of what was said in that but you know there were a couple of things that come to mind you know one I'm sure is going to come up later is the issue of the six foot distance and I made the statement that it just appeared uh and that got taken at like I don't know what's going on it just appeared it actually came from the CDC the CDC was responsible for those kinds of guidelines for schools not me so when I said that it just appeared it appeared was there any science behind it what I meant by no science behind it is that there wasn't a control trial that said compare 6 foot with 3 feet with 10 ft so there wasn't that scientific evaluation of it what I believe the CDC used for their reason to say 6 feet is that studies years ago showed that when you're dealing with droplets which at the time that the CDC made that recommendation it was felt that the transmission was primarily through droplet not aerosol which is incorrect because we know now aerosol does play a role that's the reason why they did it it had little to do with me since I didn't make the recommendation and my saying there was no science behind it means there was no clinical trial that proved that that's just one of the things that got a little distorted in the response to that and and I've learned and and watched you over the years I I have to go back to uh the zika outbreak where we didn't know uh how exactly it was being transmitted and um and at one point we weren't we weren't aware that some of the some of it was sexually transmitted that's an example of of why why with these Public Health threats that you learn you learn unfortunately as we go along to be frank with you guys there's a ton of audio bits from this hearing that I could use but it was 3 hours long so I'm just going to discuss some of the key points but right out of the gate you could see how fouchy is deferring the blame how he's distancing himself from the situation because he knows he's in trouble he knows that a lot of people are pissed not just here at home but around the world now there's another part of this hearing where you can actually see that fouchy is visibly shaken this is when he told talks about the death threats that he receives because of what he did during the pandemic he says that it's made him feel terrible because it now involves his family and to be honest sending death threats to anyone is extremely distasteful it's not how things should work especially here in our country but the problem is that some of these victims lost loved ones the Health crisis took fathers Mothers Daughters children Sons away from their families forever which is exactly why critics of fouchy say that him lying to the American people isn't going to be forgiven by him choking up and Congress and of course the emails were brought up you guys remember that right the deleted emails because they were avoiding foia requests foui tried to distance himself from Dr David Moren one of the senior advisers so Moren admitted through email correspondence that he's been sending work emails to his personal Gmail account so that he could remove them from the internal Communications the reason is that it's simple for foia correspondents within the NIH basically saying that they want to hide something something from the public because why else would you avoid a simple request right now Moren has testified a few weeks ago that this is all just a misunderstanding that him saying that he could make emails disappear was taken out of context he says that he thought that he was communicating in private not as a government employee but more as a private citizen this is because both his work and his personal emails are logged into just one phone do you buy that reasoning from him someone who doesn't buy this is Senator Rand Paul remember when Dr Anthony fouchy tried to correct him about the meaning of gain of function research and their arguments have become regular theater on Capitol Hill Kentucky Senator ran Paul and Dr Anthony fouchy today it came in this heated exchange over whether the National Institutes of Health funded controversial research Rand Paul claims could have contributed to the covid pandemic Dr fouchy knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress do you wish to retract your statement of May 11th where you claimed that the NIH never funded gain of function research in Wuhan senator Paul I have never lied before the Congress and I do not retract that statement this paper that you were referring to was judged by qualified staff up and down the chain as not being gain of function what was let me finish you take an animal virus and you increase it transability to humans you're saying that's not gain a function that is correct and and senator Paul you do not know what you are talking about quite frankly frankly the Wuhan Institute of orology has been under investigation since the beginning of the pandemic as scientists try to uncover the true origin of the Corona virus yeah anyway so Rand Paul he's excited about this entire situation probably because there's a bunch of smoking guns that are being shown to the public now one of which is an email that says that they shouldn't worry about the foas in an email menen was quoted to saying that he can either send stuff to Tony on his private Gmail or hand it to him at work or at at his house Tony here is Dr Anthony fouchi which begs the question is this the NIH or is it the CIA and that's exactly what senator Paul said and I want you guys to note that fouchy said in this hearing that he wasn't aware of moren's position and that he worked in a different building fouchy was the director of the ni aid for almost four decades but he says that the guy doesn't even report to him many find that hard to believe because Doctor David Moren was a senior adviser to the director of the National Institute of allergy and in infectious diseases but during these hearings fouchy was reminded about who this guy was when asked if it was within the nih's policy to delete emails to avoid foi a requests fouchy answered that it is not actually he said that all of these actions were inappropriate but yet they happened under his watch and the narrative now is that he's the victim who cares that people died right this is the message from the people that support the good doctor they said that it's all a conspiracy theory and that the pandemic wasn't Fouch fault even though we know that they funded gain of function research in Wuhan China so instead of throwing all of these at fouchy he should instead be treated like a hero for his job during the Health crisis do you agree with that did fouchy do the best that he could during the last few years or is all of this just adding up to be one big shady and questionable situation now many experts are wondering if fouchi is going to get a trial soon although it's unlikely that he sees Justice for what he did but stranger things have happen so I'm going to keep a close eye a close watch on this one guys I'm going to keep you guys
