We Followed a Trail in the Desert and Found This Forgotten Place

well there it is yeah all the uh corrugated metal there I guess while we're here we have to it would be rude not to and there's no sides there's no way I'm going to climb in there that is the portal we were just at I climbed at this thought this was was Rock [Music] starting the morning out with a hike up to the base of the mountains see you [Applause] there yeah see it looks like it's that one it come well there it is and then there's a little trip to the L over to the left yep well that was a lot of effort for this little cabin let's see what it holds inside [Music] yeah all the uh corrugated metal there wow that wasn't a long hike but I did find that quite strenuous well it's a bit of a it's a steep incline so and I guess we're at elevation yep so let's look inside love the old door handle that's cool oh okay very tiny not what I was expecting at all someone's been burning sage but again very clean not a lot of uh evidence of rodents there are some and there's no fly the flag for some reason there's no flag and yet this is a uh a volunteer cabin right you got your two carts set up be nice and cozy especially with that stove there please sweep and then where's the oh there's the bro and then a trip to the Le yeah let's take a look oh look at the little pan oh nice that's a plate though isn't it yeah pie tin looks like H oops I guess while we're here we have to it would be rude not to a little bit of a trek yeah I'm going to not go under the Joshua Tree oh they've got those jumping cactuses as well oh the Troya Cactus yes this uh this is very a typical Pro Prospectors single guy prospector cabin don't you think y oh small before we go you see Tonto who way way way down there okay I'm with no further Ado let's check the L that rhymed okay fresh urine yeah very fresh nonhuman urine hm no l roll I I think I'd prefer to dig a hole rather than use that L what do you think piked Up From the Canyon we found a little Trail just there which leads to a portal which is very well collapsed in you can see kind of take a look see what this does oh my and okay it just not going to be able to see this on camera but it just goes back maybe 20 ft and that's the face so this doesn't do a lot of rockfall well is that the face or do you think that was just Rock full no that's the face you can see it goes straight up to the to the back and there's no sides there there's no way I'm going to climb in there no I'm not going to climb in this anyways but yeah you can see it doesn't go around the corner or anything I say it's hard to see this on camera cuz it's so dark but maybe I'll try to zoom in further and see if that'll hit the back okay can you kind of kind of make out basically the last little spot you can see just beyond that that's the face in there so there's another tiny was rock pile a little further up let check that out real quick that is the portal we were just at I climbed at this thought this was waste rock you can see there could have been portal here before but there's a lot of uh rock slide Mountain Side here but the two walls so maybe there was some cold storage up here thick rock walls and uh more sides of the mountain coming down up there so won't be hiking up any further don't see any more evidence of more mining or anything I said just a lone prospector out here appears so we're going to jump back into Tona which is way out there and head on to the next Discovery I think also do it walk here and just Pan the outside as well mic on mic on on looking at the cabin about to walk in okay very simple my off so this is the this is the Bonnie Lee M on opening the door M on cabin although we're not going to use the name clap
