Epcot's Italy Pavilion - Trying Candy & Snacks Around the World Showcase - Magical Mondays #92

Hey guys, this is Jenna with Resort TV 1 and today we are at Epcot and we're continuing on with our series around the world showcase trying the packaged foods and today we are in Italy. I'm super excited to see what they have and buy a few items to try. So hope you guys enjoy the video. I think the food is in these buildings right here. So we're gonna go in and find out. Alright, I've spotted some already. Here we go. So it looks like they have some cookies. Here's a hazelnut and cocoa cream sandwich. That sounds good. A shortbread cookie with sugar crystals. Sounds good. A chocolate chip heart-shaped cookie. It's like a chocolate in a tin. Let's see. Milk chocolate praline with hazelnut cream and a nougat. Nougat. There's another chocolate. Not exactly sure what it is. This one is milk chocolate with hazelnut I think. And then down here we have an almond biscotti. Soft almond pastry. Dark chocolate chunks biscotti. Some kind of a chocolate biscotti. It looks like biscuits with chocolate drops. What's this? Some kind of pistachio white chocolate praline filled with pistachio cream. Interesting. This is dark chocolate praline with a limoncello liquor cream. Oh alrighty. And this one milk chocolate praline filled with another kind of liqueur. And then this one over here looks like some kind of a cookie a biscuit with apricot kernels. Then we have vanilla bite-sized wafer And these look like little animal crackers with chocolate chips in them. Not quite sure. Here is one it says it is dark chocolate praline filled with chocolate ganache. And then this one is dark chocolate praline. This is milk chocolate praline. Caramel flavored cream. Cream pastry filled puff. That looks good. And then down here we have a double chocolate biscuit with chocolate filling. So we have a whole case of chocolates here. This one is hazelnut and dark hazelnut and milk. I think this is the same but it's in like a different shape. It's a truffle. So we have milk and dark with hazelnuts. There's a milk chocolate bar. Milk chocolate with almonds. And this one is I think the same we saw over there. Dark chocolate and hazelnut. Here's some for 99 cents you can get one piece of chocolate. So we have mixed nut shaped chocolate with nut filling. This one says bitter. It doesn't have a thing on top like this one. This one is something with hazelnuts. Pistachio. Hazelnut cream. Heart milk chocolate. This one is dark chocolate salted caramel truffle. Sounds good actually. Milk chocolate praline with milk filling. These are cheaper. These are 65 cents. This is milk chocolate orange truffle. An almond biscotti. This one is a chocolate biscuit. I'm sorry that was biscuit it didn't say biscotti. And then I don't know what these are but they look really interesting. Kono hazelnut. This one is choco parties. They look like little cones. I don't know. I might have to get one and try it. And then they have these which we also have at Walmart. Nutella with breadsticks. So let's check these out. This is a garlic oil and hot red pepper Italian snack. And this one's classic. So it looks like maybe it's like a salty snack. Hey guys so we are back home and we picked a couple things or I picked a couple things. You did? I did. From Italy. So we're excited to show them to you and try them. Yes we are. All right do you want to show them something? Sure. All right go for it. Which one? That one. Okay first thing we have I'm not sure how Italy pronounces it but it's. Oh look it's down in here in English so you can pronounce that. Milk chocolate pralines. But this one is like cocoa or choco. Let me tap on it here so we can. There we go. And these were milk chocolate pralines. And they're $3.99. They look like chocolate with caramel to me. Creamy gusto caramello. Caramel flavored cream. Milk chocolate pralines. That sounds delish. All righty. Let's show them the rest first real quick. Okay show them the rest. Yeah. So then we have. Oh yeah you already picked them out so they sell. Double chocolate. No I didn't show them on the video. Oh you didn't. Yeah double chocolate. Oh that's in Italian. So biscuits with chocolate filling. There we go I can read that. There we go. So I know Dale loves chocolate chocolate cookies so I picked these just for him as I knew he would like these. Plus I mean. My favorite are chocolate chocolate chip. Yes chocolate chocolate chip. Yeah so I don't know these are gonna be pretty good I hope. Oh yes they look delicious. And then we have chocolate chip heart-shaped cookie. Looks like they're like little biscuit cookies with chocolate chips. Heart shaped. Yeah. They'll be lovely. They will be very lovely. These will be lovely with a latte. Yes. And the last thing we got I had to pick one of these up even though they were $2.45. Oh really? One tiny little thing. I had to get one of those little cones guys. I had to see what it was. So I got. Awesome. Yeah I got the cocoa parties. They're proud of those little burgers. Yes they are. So here it is. There we go. Looks like it has like little chocolate bead thingies on top. I don't know. But we will find out. We will find out. I think we're gonna leave this for last. Okay perfect. It's just. It'll be like one bite for me and what are you gonna have? You better take a little bite. All right. Oh look at these. These are actually. Oh I just dropped it. Here you want to look at it now? So they are bigger than I thought they would be. I'll open it. You can show them what it looks like open. Oh it kind of reminds me of those. Lindor. Yes. Lindor truffles. It's just like a Lindor truffle. A bite. Oh man. What? Watch this. Magic. Oh just kidding. Squishy? No that's they're gonna come apart. Oh. Oh I see what you're saying. They have a crack in them. Oh there they go. Oh. Oh. Wow. Check it out. Maybe. Okay. It's cream. Holy moly. Oh yeah? That's good. Mm-hmm. And as you can see it's melting like a canoe as we speak. I don't know if I taste caramel. Do you? To me it tastes like white chocolate. Mm-hmm. You're right. I might have a hint of caramel. That is delicious. It's really really good. Especially for $3.99. It's a very soft chocolate. Mm-hmm. You definitely don't want these in your bag as you're walking around park all day. They will melt. Mm-hmm. Yeah these will definitely melt. Wow. Luckily when I got them it wasn't as hot. The inside I feel with the Lindors when you bite into them they're actually like almost a little bit of juicy chocolate. Like it's almost a little runny. A little more liquid than these are. I think that's the only difference that I really see. They melt pretty fast. Yeah it melts pretty fast. Different flavor. But yeah I like that the inside isn't as liquid as I think a Lindor would be. Which usually Lindors I just pop them in my mouth and never bit them in half to check out the inside. Because the inside of those are like a truffle. Are they? Lindor truffles? Sure. We'll go with that. Mm-hmm. Those are good. Those are real good. All right we're off to a good start. Hang on tight for your ride. Hang on tight. You want to do the carts? Yes. You know I have trouble with that. I have cookies all over. Joey would love that. Got it. He says oh boy what you got there daddy? Oh. Are they tiny? They're not as big as I thought they would be. Check them out there. Cute little hearts. Not too sure. The chocolate chips. This is like mini chocolate chips. Those are good. I like it. They're dry. That's why I think it would be good with coffee. Or milk. They're crunchy. They are drier than most. That's why I think it's more of a biscuit. They're good. You have a really good buttery flavor. I don't get a lot of butter. You don't? Just a little bit. You get some butter. More than a regular, definitely more than a chips ahoy or anything like that. Yeah. But yeah they're definitely crunchy like she said like a biscuit. And the chocolate in there is really good too. I like it. Yeah it's a good cookie. It would be good with milk or coffee. Not too sure of anybody else but I usually dip my cookies in my coffee. My grandpa used to do that. Yep mine too. These were $6.99. So these are a little more. And there's probably, what do you think, a dozen cookies in there? 5.2 ounces. And this was 4 ounces. So this one's got a little bit more to it. But yeah there's probably at least a dozen cookies in there. There's a good amount. They're very good. Yeah a good amount to share if you have a group of people going. Or for your own. Okay. Sounds good to me. Okay. Are we picking our own here? You can play that game. Now I did get these especially for you. Oh awesome. Thank you sweetie. Let's open these up. They're $5.95 for a box of well we'll find out. 5.29 ounces as well. The same as the cookies. That's very interesting. Jinx buy me a Coke. Sorry I gave it to Josh. Okay you're right. Josh and his Coke. Okay we'll try these pastries. Premium Hutte de Gummy. I don't think that's how you say it. Is it hot? I have no idea how to speak Italian. I'm sorry. They're in a tin foil like Good for freshness. They must not like light. Usually this type of wrapping they do to keep all light out. Okay. Oh baby. So there's three. So how many? Three per container. Nine cookies. Uh oh. Casualty. They are stuck together. There we go. Okay. Cheers. That looks good. Oh my. So they have a Sorry baby. These are all chocolate. Chocolatey inside. So They don't have a strong chocolate flavor. Not like I thought they would. They need a little more cocoa in the recipe. It's more of a dark chocolate. Is it? At least that's what it tastes like to me. Dark chocolate is not as sweet as milk chocolate. So I think it's more of a dark chocolate. They're good. But yeah the inside is very creamy. I think I like these better. I'm not too sure. You're not sure? They're also crisp. The outside is crisp as well. I wonder how they make this so creamy on the inside. I know. It's good. That is awesome. That creaminess reminds me a little bit more of the inside of Lindor. Creamier. Creamier not more liquid. It is more liquid I guess. I knew what you were trying to say. I was trying to help you out. The creaminess. Words are hard. You go see Chloe. I'm sorry baby. It's always what she does. We'll get her a treat after. Don't worry. You can't have chocolate. I'm sorry. She's been the puppy dog. She is good at the puppy dog. Yes she is. Everything so far has been really good. I'm going to save this last bite. I'm going to eat it? You said I'm going to have the last bite? I said I'm going to save it. If you want it you can have it. We're going in for the ice cream cone. We're going to check it out. Looks like Jenna can open this one. Hopefully. You said that. I got it guys. What in the world? How do you even? You have to peel it off. That's cool. It's literally a cone with chocolate. It's literally a drumstick. But without ice cream. It's literally a mini drumstick. That is so cute. That is awesome. Cute. They don't have as many little chocolate thingies as I thought they would. Alright. How's that going to work? I should have got two. But they were $2.45. Take a bite. You can take a bite however you want. Is it pretty tough? We already got a mess on the table. They invented vacuums a couple weeks ago. Pure chocolate in a cone. Really? It's good chocolate. What are those little things on top? Little M&M's. That's what they taste like to me. Like mini. Hang on I'm not done. You're going to eat this whole top. I know you are. You don't know me. Now you can have the whole top. Now I got permission to. Not the whole cone. You have to specify here. Look at this bite you take. Wow. Isn't that good? It's good chocolate. I know they are $2.45. The cone is good too. The way you were taking a bite from the chocolate I thought it looks harder. No. It's soft. It's very soft. The cone reminds me of a regular waffle cone. It's a really good waffle cone. It is a good waffle cone. Good flavor on the cone. They have different kinds of these cones. Like I showed you guys on the clips before these. They had several different to try from. Wow that is good. We might have to try another one. These would be good though. You know at night when you're wanting a little snack at Epcot. $2.45 I mean. It's a little expensive but you can have your own cone. Cheaper than a regular ice cream cone. And it's very good. I think it's worth the $2.45. I agree. Because there's some of the stuff at the Flowering Garden and some of the other festivals sometimes. They charge more than that. I think I would rather have one of these than their cookies. You know what I mean? And the cookies are usually $3 or $4. This is very good. It's very good. Depends on what I'm in the mood for. Good point. Very good. So we did good. Or I did good picking out. What about your lollipop? Do I get to taste your lollipop? You do not. Hands off. Hands off my lollipop. You tell him Bowie. Back off mommy's ears. Did you tell him? She's being Timon. Okay. Everything was very good. Good job. What do you think was your favorite? Mine. If you had to pick a favorite, one thing. Which one would you pick? One item or one package? No, this is one package. I only get one. If I get this thing, I get a bunch of them. Which one was your favorite? I don't know. It's either the best tasting. These or definitely the cone. But I would probably get these again. Because you get more bang for your buck. I'm always thinking about that. Taste wise, those are both you would say equal. Both very close. Especially if you like Lindor's as well. For me, I'd probably go with what Dale said. But I also really like these. The chocolate ones were okay. Not as sweet as we like our treats to be. I feel like American stuff is more sugared up. But these were good. I like them. They will not last long. I liked it all. It seems like we do great when you pick chocolates. This is true. Play it safe. That's what they mainly had was chocolate. They did have one bag of chips, but I didn't get that one this time. No shrimp crackers. No Chinese puffs. I found the little mochi. At Walmart, I found shrimp crackers. I was like, I can't believe they have shrimp crackers here. I almost put it on Instagram. Which is the quickest way to get to Italy? When you get in the Showcase, go left or right? You want to go left. Because it's right before America. And America is dead center. Good to know.
