Katherine MEDLAND SPENCE (CAN) | Women Free Skating | NHK Trophy 2025 | #GPFigure
Amazing to have a skater in their Grand Prix debut at 25 years young.
An inspiring signal to many that longevity is possible in the women's field.
And now she will start her free skate, the same music as she used last year.
A wonderful photograph by Cody Fry.
Shining through the crows, time before the night.
Everything's golden.
You're sitting on the chair, wrapped inside a bedsheet.
Playing with your hair, watching people on the high street.
If I wished myself a superpower, I would make this moment last for hours.
If I am meant to, I find some magic film.
To take a photograph and live inside.
The sun is going down, your skin is like a painting.
Life is perfect now, I can feel it changing me.
That this world is real.
