Happy Monday! It's time to walk. How are you? How's everybody doing? I see everybody moving around.
All right, so we're getting ready to walk. If you are walking around your kitchen table,
walking in your treadmill, or walking outside, make sure you are ready and excited for the day.
All right, so I am up and moving around with people. He's right there.
He looks at the camera like he knows what's going on. All right, let's go. So walking today.
No, no, no. Come over here. So we're walking today. All right, so trying to get motivated here.
Trying to think of something. You know how like sometimes you have things on your mind that you're
going to talk about or trying to plan out something and nothing just comes well. It probably
will once you get in the groove of where you're going. The only thing I can really kind of think
about today is just being motivated. Sometimes stop it now. Sometimes motivation. You need
motivation to get started. I think the sun does that for you. Anyway, if you are walking around
your kitchen table, your dining room table, 20 minutes or more, it's that blood pumping
with those muscles being used. If you're outside, get that vitamin D.
So let's get moving. Sometimes you have to motivate yourself even though you may not want to do it
or you're finding excuses. Get moving. And the other day I was watching. I don't know what I
was watching. I was just scrolling through. I think the video is looking for something.
And I saw, you know, they have those chair exercises, of course. And I was thinking even
when I was had my my surgeries, I had to do exercises in bed. So I wanted to add
to those people who are out there who are in bed for surgical reasons, you know, cannot walk or
cannot do things. I'm going to add you to my list as well. So if you are in the bed doing your
exercises, you can even do a walking exercise in your bed, which is pretty cool. Just moving your
leg, you know, your arms and your legs, just moving them. So if you are moving in your bed,
if you are walking around your kitchen table or your dining room table, if you are on your
treadmill, you're outside walking in the sunlight, rain, snow, wind, join me today. Get motivated
and let's get going. Let's get moving. All right. Tell me where you are today.
Tell me where you are, where you where you looking at me from. Checking me out.
Where are you checking me out? And if you check me out, leave me some hearts
so I can be motivated to continue on where I'm going and what I'm doing.
All right. Let's move it. Let's move it. Taking a different route today.
We are taking a different route today.
A little windy over here by the way. But nice. Plus motivation from the inside.
Motivation from the inside today. Motivation from the inside. Even when you don't feel like it,
get motivated. Get moving. Even when you don't feel like it. Because once you do,
even just a little bit, you start to feel good. All right. This is good. This is really good.
All right. Move around no matter what age you are. Move around. Move it, move it, move it. Let's go.
Right. So today's Monday. And I think what we do most of the time is adapt to these weird sayings
people have passed down over many generations. Generation after generation like Blue Mondays,
Mundane Mondays. Monday's always hard to get back started. All these Mondays we talk about
and we don't do anything about them. We keep repeating them in our lives. We keep repeating
them over and over again. And then we adapt and then our body becomes sensitive to them.
And of course, when Mondays get here, we start to, oh, Mondays are horrible. Mondays are hard
to do this. Mondays are hard to do that. You know, we talk about Mondays like they're our enemy.
Mondays are our enemy. And in reality, we've created that mantra that Mondays are what they
are. So we've created that for ourselves. Each day that you step outside of your bedroom realm,
over the doorstep of your bedroom, because that's where you sleep. That's where you rest.
That's where your soul regenerates, renews. And so once you step over that little doorway
into maybe to the bathroom, you can start to control and start to speak to your world
through your thoughts.
Are they, oh God, he goes another Monday, oh God, this, oh God, that. And, you know, this is going
to be something false. This is going to be a terrible day. It's already starting off wrong.
We've started to pronounce over our day. We form the reality that we get. We form that.
And yes, there are natural things that kind of happen, natural things that start to happen.
You know, maybe things that are not going well, but they're all a result of decisions or
things that we've created, situations that we've created. So maybe all of that has to do with it.
But however, we always, I've heard people say, oh no, not Monday. So it's like, okay,
what about Monday? Has a whole lot to do with it. So think about what you've been saying
or pronouncing over yourself, utilizing old, old modalities that we really shouldn't be using.
Old words that we use that we really don't realize that they're probably outdated, right?
We need a new upload, a new understanding of it, you know, or download, I'm sorry, not download,
a new understanding of it. And we need it immediately to change things in our lives.
Think about that for a moment. So even, you know, something like as simple as Monday motivation,
you know, so even, you know, something like as simple as Monday motivation, you know,
it should be every day. You know, it should be every day. Although it's, you know, sometimes
marketing plan or hashtag, but it should be hashtagging your life all the time,
not just Mondays. Because when you stop putting tags or labels on things,
things change. Things look different. Things are received different. Things are
actually easier to attain, you know? So now we're thinking about that, but now are we walking
around? Are we walking around the kitchen table, exercising, moving in our beds? Let's go.
And are we on a treadmill outside? Let's go. We have a minimum 20 minutes,
minimum 20 minutes to 45, 20 to 45 minutes, okay? And you can always break it up. You can
always break up the 20 minutes, 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes at night, but at least 20
minutes moving, moving, moving. All right? So, right. Now we got our own motivation and thoughts
that we should be thinking and changing and directing. Let's talk about this new thing I
just found out. You know how we always question the universe? You know, when is it coming?
What's happening for me? All that stuff. You know, when is it going to happen? If we're looking for
something to happen, when is it going to happen? It's not coming on time. We're always having
questions for the universe. What I realized this morning, and maybe some of you have,
is that we're at, we're saying, we're questioning a universe that knows when the sun to rise
and when the moon to come up and go down. We're questioning a power that is way larger than ours
that brings forth spring, you know, brings forth summer,
winter, without any help of ours. Even though we might say, or scientists might say,
that what we do here affects those things. But in essence, the universe knows how to work with it.
So we're questioning the universe's ability to provide. If you're manifesting,
you're questioning a source that does what it needs to do by itself, and we don't need to be
there. So what am I, why am I saying all of this to you? I'm saying this because we make
manifesting this big whoo that only a few people know, and really it's what we do all the time,
if we put ourselves there. It's what we do all the time, when we do what we do on a normal basis,
and it's nothing new. We just probably found out that we have these abilities because we've
forgotten them, because that's mostly what it is, is we have forgotten that we have the ability
to bend our reality and create it the way we want to, right? We have that ability.
So I want you to remember today what you're doing, what you are capable of, and make it easy
on the brain. Don't make it this thing that is unattainable, because then your brain will think
it's a germ and try to fight it off. So don't make it harder than what it is. If you have learned
or remembered, sorry, remember that you can manifest, allow that to happen every day.
Just naturally, don't force it, just it's part of me, part of who you are. So don't make it
hard because your brain and your nervous system will fight against it at all times. So make sure
that you focus on that. That's a little tidbit for today. All right, if you are in your bed
exercising, all right, hopefully you're listening to my voice. If you are, because I am moving,
and if you are walking around your kitchen table or your dining room table, let's go.
If you are walking your treadmill or outside like I am, shout out where you are. Tell me where you
are. Let me know where you are walking, where you are watching from. All right,
we're a little bit through this already. All right, we're a little bit through. Come on,
let's get motivated. So for all you that came on, thank you so much. We'll see Dr. Linda Davis,
thank you so much for being here. John Cooper, I'm saying hi to you, thank you for stopping by.
Make sure you are adding, make sure you show me some love and keep putting hearts for me,
please, thank you. And if this is something that you are interested in,
make sure that you are liking this and you're following me. So let's get it done.
Okay, join the walking stage, join the walking stage, if that makes sense.
A lot of activity on Monday, probably a lot of activity every day. So me and Cooper are going
to take, go around it. We're going to go around it. All right, those who are in the 20 minutes,
we are there. We've gotten there pretty much. So make sure that you're clocking that time in, okay?
Yay! Give you a high five. All right. All right, thank you all. Veronica Chamber,
thank you for dropping in. I hope you walk it. Oh, somebody's walking.
No matter where it is, around your table, ankle lifts, pumps, ankle pumps in your bed.
Let's get energized. I don't know what's going on right here. Oh well.
People just find the darndest parking spaces. The darndest parking spaces. This is a driveway
and he's parked there. Lovely. Isn't that lovely? I guess that's what entitlement does to you,
lets you think that you're allowed to do a lot of things that are totally unlawful.
That's the 20 minute mark. Yay! What do you feel about motivation? Do you think motivation,
I know I said this to you guys before and nobody answered me, so I would like an answer.
What do you think about motivation? Is it internal or external? Is it internal or external
motivation? What do you think it is? Internal or external? Where does motivation lie?
Put your comments in the comment section. Comment below. Where does it lie? Inside or outside?
What do you believe it is? Where do you believe it
is? Not what somebody told you it is. What do you believe it is?
All right, getting motivated. All right, thank you for joining me today.
You can't see the name, but I'm saying hi to Liana Patterson. Hi, hello, hello, hello.
All right, we're still walking, huh? I hope we are. Don't give in. Walking is great.
When I couldn't walk, I wish that I could. Now that I'm walking, I make my every effort to walk
because it is truly a privilege to do that. It's a privilege to walk, especially when you can.
As an exercise, just part of your day, you know, just part of your day.
All right, closer than ever to getting where we need to go. All right, so we talked about
motivation today. I think I'm going to tell you after I've given you enough time to figure it out
or tell me. I think motivation lies within you because external motivation, anything external
outside of you is just temporary. All of it's temporary. Internally, it stays for all times.
It stays no matter what, no matter who says what. It stays. It doesn't need
approval or validation. It just continues and continues without anybody saying anything.
So your motivation comes from within. Why do you do what you do when you do it?
So yeah, that's a good one, right? All right, all right. Thank you all for stopping by.
I really do appreciate you because I know that you're exercising. I know that. I know that.
So let's see, what else did we talk about? I don't want to ramble. So what else did we talk about?
We talked about trusting the universe. Yeah, yeah. Trusting the universe. We need to trust the
universe for all things. Trust, trust, trust. The universe works on its own time schedule
and it always will work out for you. That's if you believe that to be true.
I made a rhyme. I didn't mean to. I did it again. I sound like Dr. Seuss.
But trusting the universe and waiting. I think that's what people say. Well, I'm going to learn
how to wait because everything will work out in its own time, its own schedule. But we don't.
We start complaining. Just complaining, worrying. I think worry is the biggest one for all of us
because we're here in this world. I think it's part of the stigma that this world has put upon us
that everything has to be hard. Everything has to be a struggle. Everything has to be,
you know, the propaganda that's put out. We have no, we were surrounded by it. Everything has to
be perfect. Everyone has to be perfect. The propaganda is there and it adds to our limitations
because as individuals, as human beings, we have no limitations. We just put them on ourselves.
We put a lot of the limitations on ourselves. No one else, us. The white noise is just like
the traffic here. If you believe something is centered within you, this traffic or this noise
won't bother you. I know you're probably going to say, yeah, there are people who are sensitive to
noise. That has nothing to do with what your belief system is. All right. So clear that up.
Yeah. So if you're walking, if you're in your bed exercising, doing those foot pumps,
raising those arms, if you are walking around your kitchen table or your living room table
or on your treadmill, if you are walking outside along with me, thank you for joining me.
If you have something to say, please comment. Send me some hearts if you can. If you're walking,
just tap the screen two times, two, three times and send me a heart. It keeps what I'm doing.
It's what I feel that I should be doing. Let's me know that I'm helping. Let's me know that
it's reaching somebody who really needs to hear what I'm saying.
All right. All right. So proud of you, whoever's walking, who's ever moving. So proud of you.
So proud that you're doing this for yourself, for yourself. And listen, if you want to
go deeper into understanding yourself,
your mindset, you want to be able to shift your mindset to more of a productive mindset.
If you want change in your life from the mundane to motivation from within, I can help you
with your understanding of it. Getting out of your old ideals, those old habits that you have.
And you want change. You want the richness that you feel. You feel it. You want that.
I can help you with that. Click the link in my bio and set up your first strategy
session so we could strategize on how to change and add to your life and bring those tools that
you already have within you alive. If you're just not ready yet, then you know what? You can
actually purchase a couple of my books, one or two of them. I have a couple of bundles somewhere
on my page. But if you say bundle, B-U-N-D-L-E, I will send you the bundles that I have. That's
like four or five books. If you want to read your way through to some clarity, understanding,
not really clarity, but just understanding of yourself and start claiming your well-being.
Start being well and healthy, both in your mind and physically. And do things that
will replenish your soul. I can help you do that. We have a couple of bundles. So if you're
with the word bundle and also watch my newest guest show here on Fridays, I have
past guests on my show who had authors who have sent me their books. And I'm going to share with
you what I've learned out of each one and actually give you an opportunity to purchase either one or
the bundles that I have there. So if you're interested, remember to put the word bundle,
put the one Friday, put Friday if you're interested in the show, and I will send you
the link of the show so you can save it and attend. Okay. So I think we are cooling down now.
Down to the cooling stage. All right. And I hope we remember to hold our stomach in,
tighten our stomach muscles as we walk. Right. Yeah. It's a great thing to do. All right.
That is really the calming down and we've made it through. So give yourself a high five. I
guess you made it through. You made it through. It's going to be a warm day today. So that's good.
Seasonal day. There you go. Seasonal day. It's going to be a seasonal day. So make sure you get
outside and bask in the sun for a little bit. That vitamin D is always good. That's the only
way you're going to get it naturally is get out into the sun naturally. Helps your bones,
helps your skin. All right. Okay. So we are cooled down. We're where we need to be.
It's a good day. So today you are going to step over your, you know, to the next level. I control
reality, my reality. And today is going to be a good day because I control my reality.
Everything that I do as I step through will be a production of what my mind says and also
what my imagination can create. All right. So I'll see you all on Wednesday. Make sure you're
exercising alternate day. You're just walking. You can walk every day because I do,
but make sure you're walking, you're exercising. It's 15, 20 minutes. All right. I will talk to
you all real soon. Wednesday. Walk with me. Talk to you soon. Bye now.
