You might learn something fun, just a little bit educational as well. It's just that some customers like some sort of narration as we're going through the experience. There, I'm just popping the comb at you. So please, keep nice and still for me. There we go. Okay, that's on there, smart enough for you, isn't it? That'd be fun. Excellent, nice and smooth, that's great, perfect. Now, that's going to protect all of your clothes there. Yeah, well, yeah, you wouldn't want to ruin those. Certainly not those. They're very unique, one of a kind, I'm sure. Batch of millions, yeah, very generic. Okay, so what I'm gonna do is just wet your hair here with this water bottle. So I like to activate the water just a little bit. So a bit of a shake here. Make sure the water is going to be a nice consistency coming out of the bottle. Okay, so this is just a little bit uncomfortable. I'm going to please do close your eyes so we don't get any spray in there, all right? Okay, I think that's good. What I'm gonna do, I'll just take my comb here and I'm just going to brush it through all of your, what I can see there, there appears to be quite a lot of knots in your hair there. It looks very unkempt. So the thing is with this is that the haircuts are so good and the shaves is that you almost don't feel anything. Yeah, some haircuts can feel like that. So don't be alarmed or worried if you don't feel anything. Don't worry, you're getting your haircut, okay? So let me just comb all that through there. There we go. Way through there, excellent, excellent. There it is, there, okay. Just take the comb, comb it all the way there, take it away, all those knots you see around here, probably last year. Okay, very poorly looked out of there. Yeah, that's a lot better, perfect. So I'm going to get my scissors now and then we can begin sort of loosening up that mess which you sort of had there and take some layers out of it there, smothering it up around the sides there. I think we could do a lot here, which will greatly improve your face. I mean, of course, your hairstyle, do forgive me. Do forgive me, okay. All right, so I've got my scissors here, all right. So don't feel alarmed, I'm just going to go through and start trimming out all your hair here, okay. Just with the smallest of touches and the tiniest of movements, I can make such a drastic difference on your look, shall we say, you barely even feel it, don't you? You don't need to keep looking at me so strangely and funny, that really is unnecessary. Usually a lot of my customers, they just come here, you know, they relax, maybe fall asleep, drift off, you know. It's all about that experience of feeling pampered and at the moment you are being pampered, okay. So do remember that, okay. These scissors are working wonders on your look as we speak, you know. It's starting to come together, it's all looking great. You know, these are a really great pair of barbershop scissors, yeah, yeah. An amazing pair, you see, they're the best. So I'm just going to continue around your hair. So if you could stop looking so pale-faced at me, that would be so great, that we should be put off here. So what I'm doing at the moment is putting in layers along here, okay, excellent. So I'm just going to thin that out and change my scissors here with these ones, okay. Familiar with these, excellent. Right, so I'm just going to work it fast around here and give you a real great cast as we move around, okay. So keep nice and still for me, that's very important when using these tools and the relationship between the customer and the barber, of course. You need to have that sense of security. So I'd like you just to feel as comfortable as possible whilst I work around you, but also please don't feel so alarmed in your facial expression. This is going to be an amazing haircut, okay. Of course, at a very premium price, yeah. Luxurious price haircut, so keep just relaxing. Now, do whatever you want there, okay. Don't be alarmed at the speed I'm going. Perfect, perfectly normal. I'll tell you what, how about that I go with my scissors and then we could be done in half the time. There you go, okay, just work through that. Oh, brilliant. Yeah, that's absolutely amazing. If you just see in the mirror, can you see it all the way down there? Sometimes I don't like my customers to have a mirror right in front of them because it ruins the surprise that you get at the end. And the whole premise of this barbershop is the customer relations. So you trust me to create an amazing thing for you. And that sort of relationship, I think, is extremely healthy to have trust in your barbershop, to know your barber, to know what's best for you. And I think this kind of haircut at the moment is certainly, yeah, it's great for you, it's great for you. What do you mean you don't feel anything? What? I'm cutting your hair. You was in scissors, you know, doing all the proper things. Okay, I'll just get the bottle here, okay. Just rub all that in there, there we go, excellent. Well, I think that is your hair looking complete there, wow. Yeah, you look fantastic. I'm sure everyone is gonna be very envious of you, especially with your hair like that and that hairstyle. Oh, it's amazing to look at, amazing to behold. Are you planning on going in any of the other shops here? Brilliant, yeah, I mean, they will see your haircut and they will look at you and think, wow, what an upper class individual, I guarantee it. Just make sure you tell them that they came to see, you came to see me here today, and they will perfectly understand. Yeah, you're a very important customer, very important. Great, so what we're gonna do is just take a little bit of that stubble off the ground there, nearly as grubby looking, okay. Okay, so we've got a pot here, so what I'm gonna do is just insert the shaving foam in there and I'm gonna get the brush and make a nice thick lather, and then we're gonna apply it towards your face there. Okay, so all of our items have, of course, been washed, sanitized, and everything is gonna be perfectly safe and clean for you. Okay, that's a priority here at the barbershop, that all things are brand new, okay. So we've got the foam in there, okay, so I'm just gonna get a nice thick lather in there. Yes, okay, feel free to just relax whilst I do this. This is making the consistency nice and warm for you. Okay, so when we apply it to your face, this is just gonna open up your pores just a little bit. Usually this would be a complete, like a hotel shave or something like that, but I think you deserve something just a little bit extra special today, okay, so we're not going to do that. Okay, we're sort of getting there. See, this is a very traditional way to shave, and this is gonna leave you with an amazing feeling face, probably something you haven't felt before. Now, you're looking like a scruffed bag for far too long. Okay, just keep mixing that up in there, I think we're sort of about getting there, just the more you mix it, the warmer it gets, so it's gonna feel really great on your skin. It's gonna feel amazing, absolutely amazing. You still appear to be looking at me in that strange way, there's no need, no need whatsoever. Okay, just a bit here. I'll just hurry, and in here you can just relax, you know, fall asleep, whatever you like. Just imagine what you see in your mind's eye. So what I'm gonna do, I'm just going to start applying this around your face, so we'll begin on your left side, shall we? Yeah, I'm just gonna put it on the upper part of your lips, so if you can just, you know, close your mouth for me there, and then we're gonna put plenty in there, excellent. Well done, yeah, doesn't look strange at all. Doesn't look strange at all. It's gonna ensure a really good shave for you, the best, the best shave, and just a little bit more. And on this side, there we go, just about here, okay, just a little bit on your chin, a little bit on your chin, and then the left side of your face there, excellent. I must say, you look like a professional, like you've done this before, I mean, true upper-class individuals, you know. They've gone through this experience a thousand times, and each time it's gonna be different, but, you know, they know what to expect. They know it's gonna give them a fantastic end result, the best shave, okay, a little bit under there, there we go, all right, should be that. Yeah, so what I'm gonna get now is my cutthroat razor, okay, traditional razor, it's got a new blade, and no one else has used it to ensure that everything's nice and clean to you, okay. Yes, I expect you feel all that shaving foam around your face, and if you don't, well, no, I definitely put it on you. See, I remember because I just did it, so I've definitely put it on you, okay, yeah, great. So, this is the cutthroat razor here, okay, so this has got a nice, clean blade along here, okay, so this is one of the razors, one of the best razors, I'd say, that can be made, and this will ensure that you get the perfect shave. So, what I do as I move around my customers and clients, I just sort of move their skin a little bit, pinch it just in little ways, just to ensure that I can get every single meticulous last bit of hair, so afterwards, you will be left with the smoothest of skin, yeah, and you're just gonna like it, all right. Okay, so, let's begin, start with the right side today, shall we, okay, see, what did I tell you, you'll be getting an exceptionally smooth shave here, your skin is starting to look really good, though, okay, so we'll just do your chin now, okay, so we're just gonna work on your left side now, okay, just really nice, smooth motions down here, okay, this is feeling great at the moment, yeah, tell me it's feeling great, yeah, absolutely, yeah, well, it's looking great, it's absolutely looking great, you're looking fantastic at the moment, a lot of my customers at this point are usually quite relaxed and get a little bit dozy, so if you feel like that whatsoever, then feel free, just know that your barber is taking good care of you at the moment and giving you the very best of shaves, it is very important when you come in to feel really good and relaxed, it's your time off, whatever you're doing, you know, come here, you relax, you get the service you came for, you acquire, and you get back to whatever you're doing, but that moment here, I'd like to treat all my customers like it's their own personal time, okay, so that's why customers can talk as much as they wish, I'm very glad that you haven't, you're such a stunned look, just a little bit different, a little bit unique than the normal customer, but of course, everyone is different, okay, so I'm just gonna do your lip, if you can just close your mouth for me there, okay, I know, yeah, it's like you've had your first shave or something, just a little bit there, excellent, just get my razor, just have a check in, very smoothly there, perfect, that's great, so let me just get the towel, okay, buff it around your fur, there we go, all right, so what I'm going to do now is just apply a little bit of cool water on your face, this is just gonna close the pores, and because we've warmed up your skin, it's been nice and extremely open and been shaved, but now we want to close everything to make sure that, you know, you're not gonna pick up any, whatever your face creates, you know, I don't know what it creates, it could be anything, all right, water bottle here, okay, perhaps you'd like to close your eyes so I can guard you there for more of the spray, okay, just go around your face now, excellent, just massage that in, just give a little bit of a massage there, this will not only close the pores, but also makes your skin feel really good, and your skin will feel excellent, do you feel that? We're just closing, massaging, closing the pores, the final process of your shave is complete, do you feel great, yeah, so you feel that, yeah? What do you mean you didn't feel anything?
