Jasmina Bauman (b. 1983) was born in Zagreb, Croatia, where she lives and works as a journalist and photographer. She has been actively engaged in photography for the past ten years, with a primary focus on street photography.

Drawn to everyday urban life, her work explores spontaneous moments and subtle interactions between people and the spaces they inhabit. Working primarily in black and white, she is inspired by the classic tradition of street photography and its timeless visual language.

Since 2018, she has attended photography workshops led by Croatian photographer Stanko Abadžić and Turkish photographer Timurtas Onan. These workshops played a significant role in shaping her visual style, helping her develop a stronger sense of composition, patience, and awareness while working on the street.

She has participated in several group exhibitions of street photography, including Moments Against Time, exhibited in galleries such as Galerija Principij in Rijeka and the IFSAK Gallery in Istanbul. She is part of a community of photographers connected through workshops and shared projects.
