Ingredients:
1 Batch Roost Sable Dough:

Toppings, as needed:
Jam and Marmalade
Dark Chocolate
Shredded Coconut
Hazelnuts
Chopped chocolate
Maldon salt

For Jam Hearts: Punch out hearts and rounds on a parchment-lined sheet. Place a divet in the center. Fill with a small amount of jam or marmalade.

For Coconut Hazelnut Rounds: Punch out rounds of dough on a parchment lined sheet. Top with shredded coconut and chopped nuts.

For Chocolate Checkerboards: Punch out squares on a parchment-lined sheet. Top two quarters of the square with chopped chocolate.

Whichever style cookie you make, place in the freezer while oven heats up to 325 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool in pan for 3-5 minutes. If making checkerboards, lightly sprinkle with Maldon salt while they are still warm.

Place cookies on a cooling rack to cool completely. Serve or store in a cookie jar or tin.
