Video Summary
AI GeneratedBrooklyn will experience a mostly dry but humid and cloudy day with a few spotty showers. While the afternoon remains gloomy, significant thunderstorm activity is expected overnight and into Friday morning. A cold front will arrive Friday afternoon, bringing cooler temperatures and leading to drier, improved weather for the weekend.
As we take a look at what we have going on for us across Brooklyn.
Well, we do have a couple of opportunities for some showers.
They'll be a bit spotty, but overall is mainly a quiet day,
just a bit humid and on top of it cloudy as well.
So the gloominess will last pretty much all afternoon long,
but you still want to have the rain gear nearby because we still could
do with a couple of spotty showers into our afternoon and evening,
even though it's mainly going to stay dry.
However, overnights is where we could see some storm activity
developing once again for us from Clinton Hill to Sunset Park
and Greenpoint and even Fort Williamsburg.
Once we get close to that 2, 3 o'clock in the morning while we're
all asleep, this is where we can see some thunderstorms developing
and then another round of storms to be possible early
for Friday morning around 8 to 9, even 10 o'clock.
This will be wrapping up closer towards the noon hour and behind it,
that front is going to be coming in,
cooling us down by the time we get to our Friday afternoon.
Afternoon, excuse me. And on top of it,
we are looking for drier conditions
and much more improvements heading into our weekend. Otherwise, again,
most of the day is staying on the dry side for us across Brooklyn,
but temperatures warming up just around the lower 70s.
