Are you already on Wikisana?
Hello, I would like to welcome you again to our format Naturmedizin.
Today we have chosen an exciting topic again,
how stress and the microbiome influence each other.
And with me again today is the nice guest and conversation partner,
Marco Privitera, diploma biologist.
And he will enlighten us, perhaps also enlighten us with his insights
and with his knowledge about it and what we can do better
when it comes to stress.
Stay tuned, we'll start the conversation right away.
Dear Marco, welcome again.
I'm looking forward to our conversation.
Thank you very much.
There is always a lot of content that you deliver in the conversations,
so we'll get right into it.
How stress and the microbiome influence each other.
That's our topic today.
So stress affects the microbiome.
And vice versa.
And a mal-settlement of the microbiome promotes stress.
Right, promotes stress situations.
We know this from the now well-known term the gut-brain-axis,
where we saw at the end of it,
there was also a wonderful study in Graz by Professor Holzer,
where we saw that almost 90% of the signal is actually
from the stomach to the brain,
and only 10% from the brain to the stomach.
The gut works autonomously,
it doesn't need a function from the brain.
We also have quite a lot of neurons in the nerve cells around the gut,
as we have in the central nervous system.
At the same time, we also know that both nervous systems
communicate very strongly with each other
and are in exchange.
We have now also found out
that stress always leads to microinflammations,
and not positive stress,
but chronic stress or so-called de-stress.
This stress leads to microinflammations in the intestinal mucosa.
And when these microinflammations in the intestinal mucosa come up,
it leads to a reduction of the physiological bacteria.
But if these physiological bacteria are missing,
it leads to a bad feedback of the bacteria to our immune system.
And they then pass it on to our brain,
which can then lead to a stress reaction.
That means we stress our bacteria,
but the departure of the bacteria stresses us even more.
That is, a closed circle within itself.
And I would like to briefly mention again
that we are not talking about positive stress here.
We are not talking about stress that lets us survive,
that warns us,
that appears in the body as an alarm signal
and ensures our survival.
We are talking about modern stress,
de-stress, chronic stress,
where we simply cannot decelerate due to our lifestyle
or free ourselves from this stress axis.
Be it from the job,
be it for family reasons,
be it for health reasons.
Some people simply have stress because they are sick.
Of course, you can go into regulation quite well.
But you also have to take decelerating measures.
Several factors are also very important in the subject of stress.
On the one hand, to choose a healthy and balanced diet,
to positively influence the microbiome,
to regenerate the mucosa positively.
You can do that with humic acid,
you can do that with glutamine,
but you can also do it very well with nucleotides.
In Switzerland, there is a company called Mitosana,
one of the few that offers really high-quality nucleotide preparations.
They work very well, I also use them in practice.
I also tried it myself.
In the summer, I unfortunately had to tear the inner band off my knee.
Then Mr. Ochmann, the manager of Mitosana,
sent me a nucleotide preparation right away.
The healing process was much faster than I expected.
We have the same thing, of course, even if the mucous membranes are affected.
Because nucleotides, as the smallest unit,
basically go into the molecular level here
and can build up the structure accordingly.
With this, we can also reduce the inflammation accordingly,
so that the physiological bacteria feel good again.
This stress axis is something that we have been keeping an eye on for decades.
Accordingly, it is already very, very good research.
In the past, it was known from the mouth of the people.
Love still went through the stomach,
but the gall came up when you got angry.
It actually has an intention.
Stress and anger lead to an uncontrolled digestive situation.
This can actually lead to an increased secretion of digestive juices.
For example, the gallbladder.
At the same time, we also know that in stressful situations,
when they are chronic,
normally there would be a stress reaction
that limits the digestive situation.
So it's more in the direction of obstipation.
Why?
Because 200 years ago it was still relatively important
when we were in the forest and a bear or a wolf discovered us
that he or she would not be so fast on us
by fleeing and at the same time the pants are full.
Accordingly, the digestion is actually intended
to stop the digestion in the stressful situation
and not to make the bowel movements possible.
Due to the chronic stress, it leads to inflammation of the mucous membrane,
which then leads to the fact that there is no stopping digestion,
but an accelerated bowel movement.
That's why there are often reports where parents come to me and say,
my son, my daughter, reports every time before going to school
that she has to go to the toilet, she has diarrhea.
Yes, that can actually be and occurs much more often
than this healthy stress reaction,
because we are here in the distress area.
This is not a stress that dedicates us to survival,
but something that chronically burdens us.
That's why decelerating measures are already very important for children.
And do you know what the best way to reduce stress is?
Laugh.
With laughter you can best reduce stress.
And that's why there are now also laughter therapists in America
who offer laughter yoga and other things.
And a German scientist has found
that it is actually not necessarily necessary to laugh,
but you can also deceive your body by simply pulling up your mouth.
Exactly.
Within 60 to 90 seconds, when the muscles are stimulated,
it leads to a release of happiness hormones,
which can then buff off the stress accordingly.
So laughing at ourselves is also a protection mechanism
to be able to regulate stress better or to be able to reduce stress better.
Are there also researches on whether the faked one is different?
Both lead to the same results.
Whether it is faked or whether it actually comes from the heart,
the body does not really care about the regulation.
Exciting. I thought it was from the heart.
It is of course a little more pleasant
because you have a positive, clean effect in addition.
But the deceleration and release of the hormone situation
is only stimulated by the interaction of the facial muscles
with the neural network.
And we can definitely intervene there.
That's why it's also important to take certain things with humor.
To be able to laugh at yourself.
Maybe sometimes not to take life so seriously.
I keep experiencing that you take things way too seriously.
We always describe ourselves as the crown of creation.
We take ourselves extremely important.
Maybe sometimes even too important.
If we move a little out of the limelight,
it makes things a lot easier for us.
Deceleration measures can also be sport.
Movement.
But it doesn't help if you've never done sports,
to start with it from today to tomorrow and to train in an arrogant area.
That is, those who now realize,
for God's sake, I have to go on vacation in three weeks.
I just want to lose 20 kilos.
I'll start running from tomorrow.
They run there.
High blue already in the face.
Squishy blue and red change.
You think the fire brigade or the rescue comes towards you.
And the tongue flickers 20 meters behind.
That's not ideal, of course,
because that also leads to inflammation.
Stress.
Stress and micro-inflammation.
So it has to be done with measure and target accordingly.
And what can also lead to stress, for example,
in dysbiosis or dysbalance in the microbiome area.
So that's where this mutual influence comes from.
Stress leads to inflammation.
These inflammations build up physiological bacteria.
This leads to a dysbalance of bacteria.
And this dysbalance of bacteria causes stress again.
And that's where this problem circle comes in,
which can really only be broken through
by doing symbiosis control on the one hand,
which is then controlled accordingly
and physiologically improved accordingly,
but also by taking accelerating measures,
so-called stressors.
That's usually the most difficult thing.
Because, of course, certain stressors are difficult.
If I have a severe family situation,
it may be difficult to get it under control.
If I have an incredibly stressful job
that I can't get out of,
it becomes difficult to take accelerating measures.
So I can take accelerating measures
through breathing exercises, for example.
It works wonderfully.
I always recommend to my clients in practice
to work with breathing exercises
to be able to reduce acute stress situations
as quickly as possible.
So that these chronic stress waves
are not even amplified.
So there are already means and ways
to work with accelerating
and to reduce these chronic stress waves accordingly.
It will be difficult.
For me, sport is a wonderful accelerating measure.
But when I'm in practice now,
and that also stresses me, for example,
when I have ten clients
and these are really very difficult cases,
I am sometimes someone
who is maybe a little too empathetic,
who then thinks about it
and maybe suffers a little with the people.
I sometimes have very, very difficult cases
that are always passed on by doctors
where they say,
we can't get out, we don't know what it is,
but he has extreme problems,
go to Mr. Previdera, he will do it.
These are actually often statements
that are made by clients
who come to me and say,
this is actually the last stop.
Because everyone I've been to said,
no way, you're out of therapy,
or we can't get what you have,
we've done all the tests.
Then they come to me.
Of course, it also stresses to a certain degree,
because of course you have a certain pressure of success.
You really want to help people.
For me, acceleration is to do sport.
Now, of course, it was relatively difficult
to do sport with your knees,
so I noticed that this stress situation
has built up more and more.
And then I just worked with breathing exercises
to be able to accelerate here.
So even if a certain method
may not work once,
even if you're at work now,
it's hard for you too.
If you're stressed in an interview,
it's going to be relatively difficult
to get up and walk around.
Right.
But you can also do breathing exercises
or very small exercises
that may not even be so visible visually.
Absolutely.
There are also wonderful things
from psychotherapy,
like concentrating on certain sounds,
embodying three situations,
it also seems to accelerate accordingly.
But the acceleration
is, as I said, just one point.
The second point
is symbiosis.
Because if stress is present for a longer period of time,
as we have already said,
microinflammations of the mucous membranes,
bacteria migrate away.
As long as these microinflammations are present,
it is difficult to build up physiological bacteria.
That's why we have to go there.
On the one hand,
to stabilize the mucous membranes,
as I said,
you can do that with humic acid,
with glutamine, B-vitamin, zinc combination,
or with nucleotides.
I have had very good experiences
with this.
I would also use it again.
Even if it's different for me.
In general, everything I recommend,
I have tried myself.
It is always very important to me
that I also know the effect spectrum,
the tastes, the intake forms,
because then of course
everything I do and recommend
I have tried myself.
This is also the case here.
I have chosen a combination
of fermented probiotics
in combination
with these nucleotides,
because we have a general concept here.
To take decelerating measures,
possibly also to become
therapeutically active
by means of a psychotherapist
or a psychiatrist.
It always depends on
where the focus
or the problem lies.
I also have my practice
in a large medical center in Graz,
where I also have the opportunity
to have a psychotherapist
and a psychologist
next to me.
On the right is an ophthalmologist,
opposite is the dentist,
at the very back is the lung specialist.
That's great, of course,
that you can not only benefit from each other,
but also say,
it is important to me
that you also stay in your field.
It is important to look over the plate,
but it is also important
to recognize your limits
and then to say,
okay, that's necessary,
but I can't offer that.
There are specialists who can offer it,
who can offer it even better,
who can see it as the center
of their therapy
and can also carry it out.
And there, in my overall concept,
there is the deceleration,
the mucosal stabilization,
but also to get this microbial
situation under control.
To control the bacteria
via symbiosis,
so that we have a high
diversity and a good
feedback also on our brain.
As I said, 80 to 90 percent
of the signals come from here to here.
And if these signals
are negative, well,
what will the brain do?
The brain responds, of course,
with stress situations.
And we just have to interrupt
them accordingly.
And then we can also do
positive things.
Then we can also
positively assess this situation.
But it is also important
to recognize accordingly.
People also have to recognize
what stresses them.
Sometimes clients don't even know
what stresses them.
That's just the way it is
in our company.
You say, well, just because it's
done regularly doesn't mean
it's normal.
I can also hit my head
regularly with the helmet
and not sit up when I go
to the construction site.
It doesn't make the whole thing
more normal.
So you have to look at
what is actually necessary,
what should be regulated
and what, unfortunately,
has become such a buzzword
in our modern world.
And as we said,
unfortunately,
we have always occupied it negatively.
Why? Because we no longer
have stress as we used to.
It is not to be claimed that
there was no stress in the Middle Ages.
It is a nonsense to claim that
there was no stress in the
18th and 19th centuries.
But the stress was different.
But not like today,
this universal one.
When you are in an office,
you usually find 1, 2, 3 people
who are responsible for everything.
And these are the ones who
have the most stress.
But they are also the ones who
have a hard time dealing with it.
I know that from myself.
I am also someone who
prefers to do everything myself.
That's why I also take care of
the hotlines, the inquiries,
because it is also important to me.
I see in practice
where there is a need.
And of course I also want to
cover this need.
On the one hand for my clients,
on the other hand, of course,
for everyone else who has the same
or similar problem.
And I know it from myself that
it is sometimes difficult to delegate things.
Sometimes you need someone.
And then, for example, a psychotherapist
or a psychologist or a psychiatrist
can actually take over.
You have to delegate that.
Or we leave that out now.
Or we find another way
to do it.
That is, to do psychohygiene once,
specifically
via a therapist.
On the other hand,
to do symbiosis guidance
to improve the trigger
from the enteric nervous system
accordingly.
Because the bacteria give
negative reactions
to the enteric nervous system.
That is the nervous system
that lies around the intestine.
We have over 200 million nerve cells.
You must not forget that.
So there you have a very
disgusting situation.
And of course also to regulate
the mucous membranes,
which are usually attacked
due to the stress situation.
You can see that wonderfully
in stool analysis by
human proteins,
which are only formed
or only occur in the stool
when a permeability
or increased permeability
of the mucous membranes
is given accordingly.
That is, these are three levels
that must be treated
so that you can get
stress-induced intestinal problems
under control.
This can be in the bladder area,
it can be in the stool frequency area,
but if you are a doctor
or a therapist yourself
and you have someone who has
constipation or diarrhea,
but you can't get it under control,
you also have to look at the stress axis.
Is it possibly due to a stress reaction?
Maybe that's why we have
too little feedback on the mucous membrane
when you are already
working therapeutically
and the mucous membranes
are always negative
because the zonulin is increased,
you have to look
where the trigger is.
As I said, finding a trigger
is always a very important point.
And then accordingly
choose the right products
and accordingly
the things that have already
changed, be it in the microbiome area,
be it in the mucous,
i.e. in the mucous membrane area,
in the mucin area,
that these are well regulated accordingly.
And especially
in stressful situations
there is a lot of dysbiosis.
In addition,
the pH in the gut rises,
which is why it is also important
to regulate the pH environment.
And that's why I work
with stress patients
either with the
Microweda Life or with the Microweda Life Pure.
Microweda Life
is more for the stress patient
who has constipation,
because there are also things like pineapple,
for example, bromelain,
which also promotes digestion
and then works accordingly.
For people with diarrhea
or with very soft stools,
I prefer to work with the Life Pure.
There are no additional fruits in it.
It's actually a pure EM preparation.
There are only effective microorganisms in it,
also in the fermentation process
welded together
to a colony, in quotation marks,
so that you have
effective influence here.
You should always do that
at the same time,
because you can
influence the bacteria here.
When we talk about stress,
we also have to talk about
the topic of
psychological medication.
In stress patients,
serotonin resuscitation hammers
are very often used.
These serotonin resuscitation hammers
have a negative effect on the microbiome
and also on the production of serotonin in the gut.
Serotonin in the gut
has a very important function,
not only because it also has
serotonin control in the brain,
but also because the production of melatonin
is dependent on it.
That means, if we produce too little serotonin
because the intestinal bacteria are reduced,
it also leads to stress.
We have several levels
that influence each other.
That's why you always have to look
chicken or egg?
Exactly.
The question is, chicken or egg?
Where do I have to dock?
What is the first thing I have to regulate?
As I said, in combination
with a mucous membrane regulation
and a symbiosis,
you are always on the right side.
You are always well advised,
because that is usually
the biggest problem.
These microbiome changes
in combination with this mucous membrane damage.
Again with these
80% signals
in the stomach and brain.
Absolutely right.
The hormone production suffers from it,
the signal effect suffers from it,
the immune system suffers massively from it.
We know that stress patients
also have a reduced immune response,
also because the bacteria
migrate in the digestive tract
and the communication between the bacteria
and the underlying immune system
is interrupted.
Not completely reduced,
but to a certain degree
the immune system is negatively affected.
It also comes down to the fact
that it stresses us
when we don't feel well
health-wise.
I would like to mention
that it is not only the stress
that I have because of my job,
but there are so many other
stress factors,
family conflicts
or partnership conflicts.
Yes, everything.
Not being in harmony with yourself.
Not being satisfied with the living situation.
With the working hours.
I have an eight-year-old daughter myself.
Sometimes that also stresses.
Yes, of course.
And then my daughter,
I dare to say
that she is a real angel.
She is really nice and sweet
and nice at school.
But I can imagine that.
Sometimes I have clients
and the whole thing looks different.
You have to go to school
and you have to say 50 times in the afternoon
please do the homework,
please sit down,
please eat something,
please drink something.
That is of course nerve-wracking.
That means it is important
to get help accordingly.
If you say there will be a method
how can I accompany the child
so that he understands
what I tell him.
Why should he do the homework?
Why should he or she drink more?
What I also noticed
is the lack of communication
among each other.
Also this delegation,
family problems.
For example three weeks ago
a lady came to me and said
I don't know how to deal with the stress
because I have a mother
that I have to take care of.
Are you the only daughter?
No, she has two brothers and a sister.
What about them?
No, because they don't have time.
They have the same amount of time as her,
24 hours a day.
Sometimes you have to delegate
and get other family members on board
and say I can't do it alone.
Be honest to yourself.
Some people don't want it
and say I am so strong, I can do it.
But that has nothing to do with strength.
No, that is stupidity.
You have to assess yourself
and sometimes you just need help
and that is nothing bad.
It is nothing bad to go to a psychologist,
to a psychiatrist, to a psychotherapist,
to a microbiologist.
They are educated people
and they are there to help.
I want to correct you.
It is not stupidity.
It is simply an overestimation
of your own strength.
It is about overestimation
that people
don't want to realize
that they are weaker
than society expects.
You have to be able to do everything.
As a woman
it is very difficult.
You have to be a mother,
but you also have to be
the perfect wife or lover.
You still have to work
because if you don't get a pension
it is not worth it.
These are factors
that are extremely limited
in modern times.
We have to free ourselves from this.
Take a step back.
We need to clear up
what we need and what we don't need.
I know people
who run after money
because they say
I need a boat and a new car.
Does it have to be so?
There is always the question
do I really need it?
Isn't it more of a ballast?
It can be.
Sometimes I experience
that people are much more satisfied
when they reduce.
It is like that.
You also need a certain overview
in life.
If you are constantly everywhere
and at the same time,
you miss life.
That is why it is also important
to be concentrated where you are.
This also helps
in the stress-intestinal axis.
On the one hand,
to do this psychohygiene.
On the other hand,
to improve the microbiome
and at least the feedback.
At the same time,
to regulate the mucosa.
A threefold conclusion.
As I said,
these stressors
need to be reduced
and accelerated.
The best method
is to laugh.
Scientifically,
there is nothing more decelerating
than laughing.
Laughing loudly at yourself
doesn't help
when you are stressed
and throw banana peels
around so that people
can laugh.
It is about laughing
out of joy.
It is not about joy of harm.
I often hear after the lectures
what joy of harm is.
Joy of harm is something
completely different.
We are not talking about
decelerating measures.
As I said,
Symbiosis steering.
Microweda offers
Microweda Live and Microweda Live Pure.
I always distinguish
if you have constipation
or soft stooling
with Microweda Live Pure.
If you have constipation,
it is better to work with Microweda Live.
If you already have a strong
misalignment,
then you should use the cure variant.
We have also built it up
with Balance Activate.
This reduces
unphysiological bacteria.
In the second step,
we build it up with Balance Activate.
Then you work with
Live or Live Pure.
This should be decided by the therapist
or by the doctor.
If you are not
under control
at the moment,
you can call
Microweda Health Hotline.
You can contact me
on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
I am happy to answer
your questions.
What is the best cure for me?
As I said,
it doesn't make sense
to work for 1-3 weeks.
These are things that have changed
over the years and,
thank God,
do not need to be regulated
for years again,
but at least
you can take care of it accordingly.
Wonderful!
We are already at the end.
I would like to point out
that we did it last time.
Please do not ask questions
in the comments
under YouTube,
because they do not necessarily
look at it.
Please contact directly.
Either
mail at darmcoach.at
or health.info
www.microweda.de
or contact
Microweda or Mitosana.
You can also write an e-mail.
Please feel free
to forward the request
to Mr. Previdera.
Both Mitosana and
Microweda are happy to do it.
I am also happy to process
these inquiries or
to contact me on the phone.
If there is a need for more,
if therapeutic measures
are needed,
I am happy to do it.
I have clients worldwide
who do it either via Zoom
or Skype,
depending on how
it is easier for them.
I would be very happy
and would be happy
to help accordingly.
I'm sure you can't
save yourself from
contacts in the near future.
Thank you very much
for your kind way.
Thank you very much.
Thank you for being here
and hopefully
you were able to take
an important or several
important impulses
from this conversation.
Stay attentive,
watchful and please
be kind to yourself
and everything around you.
See you next time.
