So now, representing Slovakia, the 18-year-old
from his fourth time at the World Championships
did qualify for the free a couple of years ago.
This is Adam Hagara.
Lovely start. So much elevation, particularly on the second part of that combination.
Triple and triple toe.
In and out of the triple axel.
Nice.
Integrating these elements into the choreography.
That was the flip.
Really, really good stuff.
A difficult program, I've got to say.
Not necessarily technically, but the way that everything was integrated into each other.
Didn't telegraph the jumps, there was lots of intricacies
in and out of every single element.
Really enjoyed it. And I take my hat off to him and the team.
Adam Hagara.
Yeah, you're right. The technical elements were a part of the choreography
and not something that stood out from the overall package of the rest of the piece.
He did an amazing job.
He is the first Slovakian skater to win an international medal,
which was bronze at Junior Worlds.
And the first Slovakian skater to qualify for the Junior Grand Prix Final.
So already an impressive career at his young age.
And it's just going to get better, I think.
The experience that he's going to gain here is invaluable.
Not necessarily from competing in an arena like this, although this is amazing,
but the experience that they get training on the practice sessions
with the best skaters in the world.
You can't buy that experience, can you?
You can't. Here's the combination. Triple Lutz, triple toe.
Squeaky clean, positive grade of execution.
This was my favorite.
We've seen this from Matteo Rizzo in the past.
So challenging.
But he makes it look very easy.
Axles can be swinging at the best of times, can't they?
With the twizzle in front.
And again, difficult turns into his solo jump, the triple flip.
Into and out of.
Well done.
Yeah, it means so much.
Well, he has been over 80 points this season
in the Junior Grand Prix in Ljubljana, got 80.9.
He needs 87 to go to the lead.
I don't think he's going to get that here.
Could he get 80? He's close, 78.33.
So it is sixth place.
