It's about everybody else out there as well.
Although school buses are known as the safest mode of transportation for students, one expert says that unfortunately, this isn't a rare occurrence.
This happens pretty much every day in Massachusetts.
There is now a law that allows communities to put cameras on their school buses in order to ticket those folks who don't follow the law.
Shildrop says patience is a huge factor in preventing an incident.
Keep some extra distance. Give that school bus safe. Give room for those children to get on and off the school bus.
And according to Massachusetts law, you must stop for a bus with flashing red lights and a stop sign unless you're on a divided highway.
And violators could be dealing with a fine.
