Brewers fans return from Los Angeles

Brewers fans are showing their pride off from coast to coast, shouting pretty much at anyone who will listen to them, especially at airports all across the country. Our Abril Preciado is live at Mitchell talking to fans arriving home. Hey, Abril. That's right, you guys. At best, fans are showing their love to the Brewers from coast to coast, and that is exactly what we have been seeing here at Mitchell International Airport throughout the day that we have spent out here. I mean, I'm just telling you, we saw several fans either wearing their Brewers shirts their hats like the one that I'm wearing right now, or just sporting any type of Brewers swag to show their favorite team so much love, regardless of where the different destinations that they're coming from. We spoke to several folks that were coming from different areas like Denver, others from Nashville, but all of them obviously showing that love and sharing that same excitement that we all witnessed watching them beat the Dodgers last night and securing their spot in the World Series. We were able to speak to one fan that is from Milwaukee. He tells me he was away on a work trip and he saw the game from his hotel room. He arrived today and we also spoke to a Dodgers fan who came from Kansas City but also had a lot to say. Check out what they both had to say. Yeah, there was a pretty good handful of people on the flight and the pilot It was nice enough, and the flight crew was nice enough to kind of give us congratulations for the Brewers' win and got a big round of applause, and he said he's rooting for us. Dodgers my whole life. So, yeah, I'm pretty excited about Milwaukee. They were a great team, but comes around, goes around. We got them last year, they got us. So I'm glad for their franchise to get over that hump and go to the World Series. So it's exciting and it's ironic that I was landing at this airport today to celebrate with all the Milwaukee people. So obviously, many of the folks that we spoke to, including that Dodger fan that we spoke to, they say that they're just really excited to see the Brewers also take on the big screen and, you know, play in the World Series. Obviously, many of these folks very much excited. I know earlier today we were showing you guys the little shop that they have out here where they had several, several shirts laying out. But I know since before they closed down for the night, they had only a few that were left over. So that just goes to show the magnitude and just the excitement that is just overflowing in the area. As even as folks that are also arriving into Milwaukee here. So I'll send it back to you guys. Reporting live from Mitchell International Airport, Abril Preciado, Fox 6 News. Abril, I noticed something different about you tonight. You've got the hat on. Did you make a purchase yourself? Yes, I am one of those customers that, yeah, ended up also grabbing a hat myself because I'm like, I need to get it now. Easy to get caught up in all of this. You think she's throwing away the Dodgers hat now? Yeah, what happened to your Dodgers stuff? My Dodgers hat is still there. That's home for me, right? I live in Milwaukee now, so, yes, I have to sport it. Got to support the team. Van Wagon's open. You're allowed to be on board. Looking good in that Brewers hat. Thanks, Abril. No matter who ends up winning the ALCS, Game 1 of the World Series is next Friday at American Family Field. Then Game 2 is Saturday the 24th. The series will then move to the home of the American League champion for Games 3 and 4. Now, if necessary, Games 5 will be Wednesday the 28th. That's on the road. And then after that, the series shifts back to Milwaukee for games 6 and 7 on October 30th and the 31st. All game times just announced as well, 7 p.m.
