Hello, today I'm going to introduce you to Cheongpyeong Lake on the North Korean River that flows cool and the road full of fragrant phytoncide.
This is a parking lot in Unaksan, Gapyeong. It is recommended to park your car in a two-story small parking lot with a car sunroof installed.
The parking lot is very spacious, so you don't have to worry about parking. The parking fee is 2,000 won per day based on the small car.
However, only cash or account transfer is possible and card payment is impossible, so please refer to it.
The first stop of today's trip is Unaksan Chullung Bridge. If you search for Unaksan Chullung Bridge on the navigation, the navigation will be terminated at the entrance to Unaksan, so there is no place to park.
There are only restaurants and parking lots around, so I think it would be good to know in advance. Unaksan Chullung Bridge can be easily reached by public transportation.
You can use the bus 1330-44 departing from Hansung Center, Cheongryangri Station.
For more information, please refer to the subtitles in the video.
If you walk for about 3-4 minutes along the road from the parking lot, you will see the 7-Eleven and the health center. Walk between them.
You can walk all the way until you see a big road through the restaurants.
After walking for about 10 minutes, you will see a cafe on the left. Go straight from there to the entrance of Unaksan Hyundungsa Temple.
The road from the entrance to Chullung Bridge is one, so you just have to go straight up. There is also a bathroom in the middle, and there is also a chair to rest.
It was a bit disappointing because it was a paved road. It looked like it was packed because of the vehicle going to Hyundungsa Temple.
The height of the Chullung Bridge is enough to breathe once. When the thighs get a little tight, the entrance to Chullung Bridge comes out.
When I went, I couldn't go into the entrance because I was under construction.
If you go up about 100m, you will see the sign for the exit of Chullung Bridge. I went up there.
When you watch the video, you will be able to go up to the entrance because the construction is over. This road has a lot of slopes.
I can finally see the Chullung Bridge. Unaksan Chullung Bridge is 210m long and 50m high.
It is a bridge that has been installed across the Unaksan Chungteo Valley.
On the left side of the Chullung Bridge, you can see the high and low mountains of Gapyeong Ildae, and on the front side, you can see the Unaksan surrounded by the Byeongpungcha.
The view is really beautiful. I have to go back to the direction I came from.
On the way back, the stairs to the valley caught my eye and I went down for a while.
Maybe it's a drought these days, but there wasn't much water in the valley. One thing that caught my eye was the stone tower.
I guess the master of building a stone tower has built it. Wow, how did you build it like this? It's really amazing.
Unaksan Chullung Bridge is a good place to take a walk because it is a street that can be reached in about an hour and a half.
On the way to the next destination, my favorite budaejjigae caught my eye and I went to the restaurant to have lunch.
The boss was kind and the side dishes were really delicious. I was so hot with spicy budaejjigae.
The next destination is the morning quiet Sumogwon. It's good for a walk, and in June, I'm going to see the beautiful full moon.
It's a well-known place, so you can see a lot of restaurants, cafes, and pensions next to the road.
You can easily come to the morning quiet Sumogwon by bus from Gapyeong City Tour. There is a bus at Gapyeong Terminal, Gapyeong Station, or Cheongpyeong Station every hour, so please refer to it.
The parking lot is quite large. You can get off at the unmanned ticket office or the unmanned ticket office.
Well, the fee is quite expensive. It is 11,000 won for adults.
The morning quiet Sumogwon is open all year round, and the operating hours are from 8.30 am to 7 pm.
Sumogwon is wide, so I decided to turn right. Cheonsuguk on the street is really pretty.
I ran into the parasol under the street and went down for a while. I put my feet in the cool spring water and let them rest.
It was nice to see the weather getting hotter these days. I thought it would have been better if there was more water.
I keep wanting to lie down when I see the view.
The morning quiet Sumogwon was opened in 1996. It is said to be a place where a Korean-style garden was designed based on a model.
There are various theme gardens, and each garden has a different type of plant and atmosphere, so it's fun to see.
The first place I arrived was the wildflower garden. It is a place where you can meet various wildflowers as the name suggests.
I can also see a large gold-plated orange flower.
The wildflower garden is an old garden that was built when Sumogwon was established. It was really nice because there were many flowers that I couldn't see often.
Next to the cloud bridge, there is a mountain stream and I felt like I was walking in a well-maintained garden.
You can take pretty pictures here.
After passing through the wildflower garden, a large deck square suddenly appears. It's a picnic zone called Dasomaru.
It was a space that families, travelers, and people who traveled as a group would like.
I thought it would have been nice if I brought a lunch box.
If you come out of Dasomaru, it leads to a large lawn square. The open square with the mountains around it looks cool.
There is a Dahlia garden next to it. The large Dahlia and the gold-plated flowers are really pretty.
Looking at the pretty flowers, I felt like my heart was getting cleaner.
I was curious because I noticed a small cabin that would appear in a fairy tale book next to the Dahlia garden.
I thought Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs would open the door right away.
When I went inside, I felt like a real cabin. Wow, I can live here.
The scenery outside the window is also beautiful. I think this is also a place to make beautiful memories.
Take a look at the pretty flowers of the dry garden and the Hakyung Garden for a moment.
Hakyung Garden is a garden shaped like a map of Korea. I don't know if I go up to the observatory and see it.
I guess I have to see it from a higher place. This is the second cabin garden.
It reminds me of the cottage garden in the British countryside garden. There were a lot of people taking pictures because it had an exotic feel.
I thought it was the garden that the audience liked the most. This is a Korean garden.
Hanok and Jangdok. It has a high-style style. It's nice to see the mansion. It would be nice to sit on the horse and rest.
This is Seohwayeon, a pond garden located in the innermost part of Achimgoyo Forest Park.
I think it's the best photo zone with the second cabin garden. The octagonal pavilion and pond that show the traditional beauty of Korea
I feel like I'm looking at an oriental painting. Seeing the secret garden, I think I've seen almost all of Achimgoyo Forest Park.
I can't see where the pond is, so I'm a little lost. When I looked for it, it was on the top of the secret garden.
I can finally see the pond with the sign of the walkway with the poem. This is the pond exhibition that is always held at this time.
It is said that it will be open until July 14th. I expected the pond to be spread out wide, but when I went there, I broke my expectation and planted it in a small pot and exhibited it.
I'm a little disappointed. But the pond is pretty.
Purple, white, pink, colorful colors make your eyes happy. It's also good to make a pretty photo zone and take pictures.
Oh, there's a cloud bridge. I think I saw it when I came in, but it's pretty long.
It feels like I'm floating in the clouds.
This is what I felt at the end. I turned right at the entrance to the forest park, and I thought it would have been better if I had turned left.
I had a good time today. I headed for the last destination, Shinseonbong Circular Road.
You can search for Cheongsin Village on the navigation. It took about 45 minutes from Sumokwon in the morning.
There is no parking lot, and you can park near Cheongsin Village. There is a bus stop right in front of Cheongsin Village.
If you take bus 7001 from Jamsil Station Lotte World bus stop by public transportation, you can get off here.
After passing the bus stop, walk along the road for about 2 minutes, and you will see the roundabout sign.
Today, I decided to walk only the Subyeon Daekkeu Road among the Shinseonbong Circular Road.
If you walk about 70 meters from the sign, you will see the entrance to the roundabout.
Shinseonbong Circular Road is a 3.3km roundabout that goes through the Subyeon Daekkeu Road to the first observatory and returns.
It is also called Cheongpyeongho Roundabout because it is a road that follows Cheongpyeongho.
It is a course where you can walk comfortably while admiring the beautiful scenery of the mountains and rivers.
The Subyeon Daekkeu Road is even more so.
If you walk a little from the entrance, you will see the Shinseonbong Observatory.
You can enjoy Cheongpyeongho at a glance. That's the direction of the Subyeon Daekkeu Road.
Can you see the eagle tearing the grass on the left?
I didn't even know it was there, but I was really surprised when it suddenly popped out.
The eagle must have been surprised, too.
The wooden deck and palm mat are laid alternately, and there is not much up and down, so it is easy to walk.
Around the roundabout, there was a Gaemangcho in Jicheon.
The white flowers look pretty again.
It felt like a comfortable and cozy country road.
Cheongpyeongho, which can be seen between the trees, looks cool.
After walking for 20 minutes, you can see Cheongpyeongho at a glance.
It is a section that shows the best view on the roundabout.
Above all, it was nice to be able to walk comfortably because there were not many people.
After the Subyeon Daekkeu Road, there is a hiking trail leading to the Jeil Observatory in Ureopsan.
If you don't go up to Ureopsan and just walk on the Subyeon Daekkeu Road, you can go enough in about 40 to 50 minutes.
I decided to walk here today.
Sitting still at the Jeil Observatory in Sintagyeon, I am looking at Cheongpyeongho and the mountain birds surrounding it, so it is healing.
That's it for today's trip. Thank you for watching.
