Let's head out to the district this morning,
a live look across the DMV this morning as we get the day started.
And a bit of a warmer start than what we dealt
with earlier this week out there, Cesar.
And I mentioned it to you earlier,
it felt almost humid out there, kind of a little sticky.
Yeah, Jacqueline, you're not wrong.
So dew points are back up to around 62 degrees.
So it's a little out of the normal for this time of year.
But, hey, it's not unheard of, right?
We do get sometimes a humid day here in November.
So it is still possible.
And that's exactly what we have going on, right?
This cold front is helping squeeze in a lot of that warmer,
humid air from the south
and bring that up in towards our area,
which is actually going to produce some rain showers as well.
So right now, DCA is the only airport
that's still reading some form of rain at the moment.
Everywhere else is at least the three other airports,
Dulles International, BWI as well.
Still seeing a few clouds out there,
but a break from the rain at the moment.
And look at that. Temperatures holding steadily
in the mid to upper 60s.
So that's really where we're going to start our day off on, right?
Temperatures in the mid 60s, not going
to drop much more than that right now.
And as this cold front continues to help.
Draw in some of that southerly flow while it's
also going to help squeeze out some of that moisture here
in the form of rain as we head throughout parts of the day.
It's not going to be a complete washout.
It's going to be some scattered showers throughout parts of the morning
and even parts of the afternoon.
More of the heavier rain does come a little bit later
as we all head off to bed or, of course, if you're a late nighter,
as we're still, you know, continuing to do a few things before heading
to bed, that's where you'll start to hear some of the raindrops.
Once again, but for the most part,
temperatures are going to be back into the mid 70s today, despite
the lack of sunshine as we head in towards, of course, the week.
Towards Friday morning, we're going to see most
of our temperatures still in the low 60s.
But talking about when we can expect a lot of that rain, right?
Well, it's going to happen right around
2 o'clock in the morning, right?
3 o'clock.
You'll see some of the heavier bands right here.
Of course, those oranges, yellows, reds,
all denoting heavier rainfall amounts.
So that is where we'll see some of that going on.
And it then slowly starts to push off in towards parts
of the east as we head in towards the rest of Friday morning.
Don't worry, it dries on out, and for the weekend,
we're expecting to see temperatures back into the low 60s,
but mostly sunny skies and less breezy conditions,
so looking pretty much picture perfect
and just about where we should be for this time of year,
so certainly a nice weekend out there for us ahead.
