This reaction will definitely have it in itself, I already know that.
School-medical treatment is only symptomatic.
The word school-medical treatment, only symptomatic.
So honestly, that's not true, you can't say that.
Only symptomatic.
High blood pressure is a protection mechanism or a survival mechanism of the body.
That's a super intelligent mechanism.
That's a requirement of the body.
You can't suppress that.
If you find that high blood pressure is dangerous, you have to find the cause.
So, he said two important things.
First, an intelligent mechanism, regulation, yes, that's true.
And second, you have to find the cause.
You should know if you have high blood pressure.
That's also true.
This is Professor Rau, a Swiss expert in natural medicine and alternative medicine.
And from now on it is important for me to say,
for me there is only medicine or no medicine.
Everything that works and is proven to be proven and thus reproducible,
what you can rely on, that's medicine.
And it doesn't matter if it's medicine,
whether it's proven natural medicine, for example,
whether it's non-medical measures or operations.
What, on the other hand, is not proven, should not be part of serious medicine.
This in general has nothing to do with Professor Rau.
Briefly about high blood pressure and facts.
Approximately 85% of all high blood pressure cases are referred to as primary,
i.e. without recognizable cause.
And then there is high blood pressure as a result of a basic disease,
for example, problems with the thyroid.
And we call that secondary high blood pressure.
And that's about 15% of the cases.
Now let's take a look further in here.
It's going to be very, very exciting.
So, we've already done a lot of things.
Otherwise, it wouldn't be with you yet.
Thank you very much.
A new medium.
I'm very happy about that.
I've been doing intensive biological medicine for 35 years.
This biological medicine, I coined the term myself.
It originally came from me.
It wasn't yet known at the time.
Biological medicine is a life story.
It's constantly evolving.
It's not like school medicine,
where everything is in a guideline book and every diagnosis has...
Okay, interesting point of view,
but defining things, giving guidelines,
that's not even unimportant.
Of course, you still have to be open to things,
but let's see what he has to say about that.
It's also very important to me that natural remedies,
for example, with clearly proven effects,
are of course also part of medicine.
It's about, that's very important,
not to do things according to personal belief or gusto,
but based on facts.
So, and when Professor Rau mentions his biological medicine,
then I mention my advisors,
which I have given out,
and based exactly on studies, on facts,
namely according to the current state of science,
which role nutrition plays for certain diseases,
for certain goals, such as muscle building,
weight loss, immune system.
And if you want to know more about
which micronutrients and macronutrients are important,
you should take a look at my shop.
Those who come to us are generally people
who just have difficult diseases.
My patients are difficult cases.
Now comes the important thing.
Today's medicine weakens
that it is not dynamic,
that they rely on the new school medicine,
such as chronic fatigue,
such as fibromyalgia,
such as chronic lyme disease,
borreliosis, such as post-COVID,
or post-vaccine, so long-COVID.
All these sufferings,
and they have simply become frequent today,
extremely frequent,
and all the complications
are simply not treated.
So Professor Rau offers a possibility here
for all patients of diseases
who are dissatisfied with conventional medicine.
That's what he says, and he has particularly difficult cases.
Good and important that there is such a thing.
His criticism of, let's say, our medicine
runs a bit into the void,
because the diseases he lists here,
chronic fatigue, long-COVID,
especially long-COVID, are relatively new and unexplored.
That's true.
But the basis for treatment methods for diseases
should always be study results.
Unfortunately, these must always be studied extensively
and often take a lot of time.
We just don't know some of them yet.
Unfortunately, that's the way it is.
If you somehow get rid of this claim,
and only with the help of, let's say,
personal experience and anecdotal knowledge,
you can, of course, get things done faster.
On the other hand, you could use your knowledge,
carry out studies with it,
make it evidence-based, make proofs,
and then, of course, it would be part of evidence-based medicine.
I don't know why that doesn't work,
but let's keep looking.
These patients are coming to us now,
because for the unclear cases,
we have a completely different approach to these patients.
Not at all guideline-based, but extremely individualized.
Good, important, individualized.
That's why we have a completely different success rate
compared to these modern and unclear patients.
And, but maybe we'll talk about that another time,
my super specialty,
which I probably do longer than most others,
is biological cancer therapy.
But that's not the topic right now.
Phew, he says it here at the end.
It's not the topic of this video.
Okay, but I still have to interrupt you here.
Even if Professor Rau
doesn't want to talk about his special cancer therapy,
it's very important,
and we're still far in the field of alternative medicine,
which can also be dangerous
and which shouldn't just be carried out like that.
In addition, patients can of course also carry out other therapy measures.
My recommendation is to always discuss it with your oncologist,
with your doctor,
but it should by no means be a single replacement
or a meaningful alternative for patients
for whom natural science, the treatment methods,
let's call it that, don't strike as he hopes.
Again, if it always works like that here and there are proofs,
then the evidence has basically happened.
So that's very important.
And especially in the field of alternative cancer therapy,
I'm not saying it's like that with Professor Rau,
but in general there are also many black sheep
who make money out of the fear of patients.
You have to know that too.
And we don't know if the people
who die earlier because of such treatments
or get other problems,
whether they even flow into the individual subjective statistics,
into their own perception.
Of course, I also believe that my own theory is somehow the best therapy.
Just bringing out positive examples,
picking and not a neutral and fact-based approach,
that's basically not possible.
I don't want to suggest that to Professor Rau here,
but that applies in general.
And I would like to make you aware of this,
if you promise any advertising, coaching,
or whatever,
when you get bad illnesses.
High blood pressure is called hypertonia.
You have certainly seen, I had a TV appearance,
Hypertonia, your friend and helper.
Your friend and helper.
In six weeks it will be good when it comes to the causes.
Interesting to know.
Well, somehow I find the whole thing a daring statement,
if you consider that high blood pressure
in many Western countries
is developing into a constant problem.
And to have the solution here,
that in six weeks, so to speak, it's over.
Important.
About a third of people are affected by it at the federal level.
And many people often don't even know it,
because the symptoms only show up gradually.
That means high blood pressure,
it is already manifesting itself,
it is already setting itself up until damage occurs.
But let's hear what he promises here,
how he might solve the whole problem.
So the human needs blood pressure
so that he has circulation at all.
So that the last capillary is bleeding.
Right.
So that all organs are bleeding.
And it needs good blood pressure.
If the permeability of the tissue,
the permeability of the smallest arteries,
of the capillaries is good,
then we don't need high blood pressure.
Then the blood flows
and permeates the whole body
with a decent, normal pressure.
So in short, it can be, it doesn't have to be.
You have to imagine it like a channel, like a pipe.
If the pipe is clogged,
then of course you need more pressure
so that the blood comes through here,
because it's in the way, because it's clogged, so to speak.
That's a bit what he describes.
But there are also other reasons
why you have high blood pressure.
That means, so to speak,
nothing has to be clogged or damaged,
as he describes it here,
but the reasons are completely different
that lead to high blood pressure.
For example, just constant stress
increases the blood pressure,
which has nothing to do with the vessels.
But let's listen further.
As soon as the capillaries narrow
or the flow property of the blood
is reduced,
flow property is also an important point,
glue in the vessels instead of liquid blood,
or oil in the vessels instead of liquid blood,
then of course it needs more pressure.
Let's stop here again.
And I have to say now,
not to contradict Prof. Rau,
but to remind you
once again
that high blood pressure
hardly affects
the quality of life at first.
You don't notice it yourself.
It doesn't seem that threatening
at all.
In contrast to humans,
for example with low blood pressure,
high blood pressure patients
often feel fit and healthy.
You may notice it yourself
if you have high blood pressure.
Patients often have a healthy skin color
due to the slightly reddish,
but that's not the big danger.
High blood pressure is really a danger.
It's stupid that
for untreated high blood pressure
it can lead to
fatal consequences.
There is a strongly proven
connection,
and you can't deny this connection,
namely between high blood pressure
and cardiovascular diseases,
deaths.
The most common consequences of high blood pressure
are the various
cardiovascular diseases,
such as heart attack,
cardiac arrhythmia,
arteriosclerosis.
Even the brain can be damaged
to the point of stroke.
So high blood pressure is
actually a big problem.
Up to 70% of all stroke patients
have an increased blood pressure value.
And with these patients
the school-medicine drugs
really don't work.
That means
when the patient
comes to his family doctor
or worse,
the family doctor would be good
if we still had good family doctors.
They are systematically
suppressed in the hospital.
Suppressed,
hui, hui, hui.
Nowadays there are hardly any
real family doctors
who think practically
and human-oriented.
No good family doctors
I hope very, very much that you, dear viewers, don't think so, yes, there are black sheep everywhere, but a heavy
understatement, so to speak, in general, we have even further the patient goes to the
safety specialist and there he is told you have too high blood pressure that you have to
immediately with blood pressure-lowering drugs otherwise you get a stroke otherwise
otherwise and then it is immediately threatened so it is immediately threatened you have to take medication immediately
shows a bit, I think, what the problem is here, but we try to do it
in a factual way, as I said, or as you just heard, professor rau also
distances himself from my medical understanding you can hear the direct criticism of allegedly unnecessary
blood pressure-lowering drugs yes blood pressure-lowering drugs have side effects you shouldn't prescribe
vismatics etc. but the first step is not at all that drugs are prescribed
neither by the doctor nor by the specialist, i.e. by the cardiologist in the guidelines
it is clear that an individual decision-making must be made as the first
measure with so-called conservative non-medical measures, i.e. more movement,
healthier diet, less alcohol, etc. etc. and that says every doctor and this
knowledge has nothing to do with alternative medicine or any speciality here and is not
suppressed by us doctors to suggest that we may not even know that and
or don't want to clarify it, don't want to do human medicine, it's nonsense and yes
blood pressure-lowering drugs can break a bridge until exactly these measures work and also important
missing compliance is one of the main reasons why conservative non-medical measures
often do not meet compliance that means that the patient does what
you talk to him maybe explain how he is not good enough yes justified
point of criticism but there are also many patients who just don't feel like it and
look for a comfortable way, you have to say that, so you can say that blood pressure-lowering drugs are a
protective mechanism or a survival mechanism of the body a very, very intelligent mechanism
that is a super intelligent mechanism as we have many other intelligent processes in the body,
for example the detoxification processes in the liver, so you can't simplify it that way, yes
intelligent mechanism ok but I just explained that if the cause is
the cause is different, so to speak, because you have a different basic disease behind it or
have certain risk factors, the keyword is also the salty diet, then the blood pressure-lowering
as a result is nothing good, so to speak, the body does that of course to compensate for certain things
, but it is shown here how blood pressure-lowering is something great, at least
if I somehow look at the face of Sören Schumann, so blood pressure-lowering
is nothing great and then we'll hear more you eat something bad is a bad fish or
I know what then you have a poisoning what does the body notice who has to go out and make
diarrhea interruptions that are regulation processes if you then go to the specialist
and that is also high you have diarrhea and have an abruption then you have to give anti-diarrhea
anti-abruption agents well, so of course he doesn't like us medical colleagues or a few of
us, no matter what was said about intelligent reactions before blood pressure-lowering as a
result to compare, for example, abruption is also one that is somehow far-fetched
and internally also nonsense abruption is unpleasant yes but does not have the same possible
consequences as blood pressure-lowering and with the abruption you really solve something immediately blood pressure-lowering
has, as I said, long-term problems and you can't see it as a welcome
warning that somehow our body doesn't hurt until symptoms, as I said,
develop, it often takes a very long time, so it's also good to step in early
abruption, on the other hand, as I said, that comes immediately, but if blood pressure-lowering is not so bad
then I wonder why Professor Rau is somehow busy with it and, as he said
, he has already treated blood pressure with his patient in six weeks, so to speak, and if
all of this would work then he would certainly have earned a Nobel Prize,
to be honest, but the pressure is increased that is a requirement of the body that you must not
suppress if you find the blood pressure that is dangerous then you have to find the cause
absolutely you have to find the cause, I think every doctor says, namely this
acidity of the tissue, the overeating, the acidification, the narrowing of the capillaries,
that has to be addressed to the overeating, because he says that here, the overeating of the tissue, I honestly
can't say anything, I don't know that, I don't know the study situation, the facts, I
only know that the concept of overeating has not been implemented in medicine due to a lack of
evidence, again, all of this is very simple, independent, reproducible
evidence, that is important, we should act on that and that may not be the case here
and a large part of non-medical therapy, which is also important, consists of
reducing salt consumption, reducing overweight, thus creating conditions
that tend to lower the blood pressure again, if these are the causes, every doctor says
Professor Rauch gives it here somehow as something special, as a revolutionary approach maybe,
or as if he somehow only knows that, but that's exactly what we have been voting on for decades
with treatment goals, individually with those affected, the goal is a healthy
patient and on the way there, worrying, lowering blood pressure, to come back to that,
so to speak, for less damage and additional counseling steps for a
lifestyle that promotes health in the long term are really good, are important,
nutritional counseling, etc., an important topic, that's true, there are different factors,
they are all scientifically proven, only unfortunately the pharmaceutical industry does not have
great interests that the knowledge about it comes out too much, because where would we go
if no hyper-antihypertensives were used? Okay, then I'm curious what he knows,
what we don't know, because we don't get informed about it by the pharmaceutical industry.
So the causes are, first of all, in the diet. I think I've already said that,
it's in the guidelines, it's being discussed all the time. We eat, the average person eats too much
protein. Oh, let's hear more, but I'll say something about that right away, I have to.
Much more, about two to three times more than he can eat every day at all,
protein is very good and necessary. A blatant statement, let's hear more.
The phenomenon that the body comes into an over-protein situation,
proteins consist of amino acids, amino acids are a basic component of protein,
acids, so you get an over-amino acidification and, in other words, an over-acidification in the
people's mouth. This is mainly or largely due to excessive protein intake.
Those were a few statements, so nobody tells us that except for him for the first time.
So in order to get an over-acidification on your own due to food,
it is very important that you take significantly, significantly more than the maximum recommended
two grams per kilogram of body weight over a long period of time on protein. If you follow
the theory, especially athletes, who mainly eat protein-rich foods,
and again, the recommendation is a maximum of two grams per kilogram of body weight,
are particularly at risk of over-acidification and then as a result of high blood pressure.
There are absolutely no signs of this in research. Even studies like these,
in which participants took significantly more protein in the long term,
could not confirm these observations. The general recommendation of the average citizen
should be around 0.8 to 1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight. Maximum, as I said,
two grams. The main reason why this should not be exceeded are, for example,
problems with the kidney that could occur if you have a known kidney damage.
But here it comes to high blood pressure and then we'll hear more.
These no longer usable, processable proteins, you can only daily,
a normal person like us can maybe 50, officially 45, maybe 60 grams of protein per day
for cell development, for ferments, for enzymes, for, I don't know what else,
use in the body. Everything we need protein for, very important.
Let's talk about that for a moment.
Ergo, now he barks too. He doesn't like the topic either. So, if that's true,
it's not the pharmaceutical industry that keeps it a secret, but the food supplementary fitness industry,
actually the one that says that pharma may sometimes be bad, because they want
to sell a lot of protein, somehow shows that it's all contradictory.
So, let's get to the numbers he's talking about here.
What does it mean, or what does it officially mean, a maximum of 50 to 60 grams?
Let's take a closer look at the official figures.
There is even more recommended protein, especially for athletes, as I said.
The German Society for Nutrition recommends athletes up to two grams per kilogram of body weight.
And here we are with a man weighing 80 kilos, at 160 grams,
which can be processed permanently without any problems and can even be used by the muscles
in active athletes. Keyword muscle growth, regeneration, also immune system, etc.
And there blood pressure would have to spread like an epidemic among athletes, as I said,
if you follow Professor Raus's logic here. The naked numbers show something different.
We need to have more oxygen outside and give the signal to the heart,
give the signal to the arteries, you have to do more blood pressure.
And then we're already at hypertonia. It's clearly sugar.
After protein, now sugar, and with sugar I go with it, that's right,
it's not good for our blood pressure, because sugar promotes overweight,
promotes metabolic syndrome, often comes in conjunction with lack of movement.
And these are three factors that have a proven influence on blood pressure.
He's right about that. That's why high-processed foods, for example, also avoid.
90 percent of his protein intake, which is already too high, is absorbed by animal protein.
Meat is about 60 percent and 40 percent.
Postulated, I would say, and it's more in the direction that people often take too much protein
and can't really use it, which, for example, also has to do with the fact that the gastric acid is too weak.
Would you confirm that? That simply because the digestive power is too weak,
the body can't break up these complex proteins into the amino acids at all.
Protein is also relatively hard to digest.
Would it be something else if someone is full of energy and they have a really strong gastric acid
with really bitter substances in their diet?
That would probably be a slightly different thing, wouldn't it?
Yes, lack of digestive power.
In alternative science, there is also the statement that people eat too much protein.
That's nonsense, because a lot of health problems arise because there is too little protein in the food
and we eat far too many carbohydrates.
Keyword, increased blood sugar levels, blood sugar peaks, high blood sugar attacks, etc.
Yes, proteins are more difficult to digest, but they also bring benefits to the body,
provide for it and saturate it, which is why they last longer, which is very important.
Proteins are especially important to lose body weight, to have a better body formation,
i.e. ratio, body mass, body fat.
Professor Rau is far removed from this statement, which is the current state of science and consensus.
I think it's crazy that I have to justify the protein intake here,
because very often it's just like that, everything you can find on the internet,
it is said that it is best to eat only protein, which is not true either.
Here, the exact opposite is the case.
If you take this gastric acid inhibitor, then there is a chance that you will develop hypertonia,
a high blood pressure, because you have more secondary acidification of the body.
These stupid gastric acid inhibitors alone are already doing a lot in the direction of hypertonia.
I don't know anything about this statement or this connection that is being said here,
and that would also have been noticed in studies or just in everyday life.
There would be studies about it, and this is not somehow suppressed by the pharmaceutical industry,
before it comes up again.
The word always, as it is done here, is also quite dangerous.
Nevertheless, yes, and I would like to emphasize that gastric acid inhibitors are not smarties,
and the intake is sometimes frightening, sometimes also not justified.
Too long, too high dosage.
Clear fact, but that has nothing to do with Professor Rau's statement here.
And then another note, I have already made other videos about it.
There is also a clear justification when gastric acid inhibitors are important or more important than to give them up.
Keyword also permanent sodium burning, which can increase the risk of pancreatic cancer.
Therefore, a package of gastric acid inhibitors is not good.
I wanted to add that once more, and now back here again.
So even the cardiology world, even the specialists, 50 years too late,
are now actually quite well known that magnesium, for example, is very good for hypertonics or heart patients.
And this is increasingly being given, because magnesium ...
Nothing new. So I myself have already heard in my studies.
And until it gets into the textbooks, it always takes time.
What does it really do? We need it for the heartbeat.
Exactly, but as I said, it has been proven by studies for decades now.
This is exactly why patients are advised to adapt their diet in such a way
that nutrients such as magnesium or potassium often end up on the diet plan more consciously.
So here, I don't know, a little bit of nutrients are just thrown in and done as if it were something very special.
From older people, where the heart muscle strength decreases, we can achieve quite a lot with trace elements.
Okay, I would summarize again briefly at the end.
So the blood pressure ...
Let's listen to that again now.
It is vital for survival. If it rises, the body does it from a very high level of intelligence,
because it wants to protect us, because it wants to ensure that the blood, the oxygen, the nutrients reach all areas.
Because if that doesn't happen, there are of course great damage.
As I said, not always.
If it is a secondary high blood pressure as a result of another basic disease,
then it doesn't do it because of that.
That's just under 15 percent, but in roughly 80 percent of the cases, he's probably right about that.
The causes are, for example, nutritional failures, toxins, nutrient deficiencies,
which means that the blood doesn't flow as much and then more pressure has to be created.
School-medical treatment is only symptomatic.
The word school-medical treatment is only symptomatic.
So honestly, that's not true. You can't say that.
Only symptomatic.
So take a look at the guidelines.
And it doesn't make much sense for a long time.
It can have many side effects and there are natural alternatives.
You have now explained it in detail.
If you apply it to your lifestyle, if you apply it to your diet,
if you take in special nutrients and also, for example,
I can imagine that a targeted detoxification with strong toxins could also drive the blood pressure back.
It goes on and on.
So, as I said, it is important for you to know that high blood pressure,
no matter what the reason is, why you have it,
should not be reduced by non-medical measures.
Medicines should build a bridge.
You should avoid high blood pressure because it permanently increases the risk of certain diseases.
And in general, I would always try to get a second opinion.
That might be good too.
Otherwise, I hope you enjoyed the reaction.
Feel free to comment on what you think.
Thank you very much and stay loyal to me.
