Hello, I'm Izumi Kanieyoshi.
Today, I'm going to show you how to make a bento using oatmeal for 5 days on weekdays.
You can make this bento and freeze it whole,
or you can just take it out of the freezer in the morning.
Today, I'm going to make a bento using oatmeal,
but I'm not going to use a rice cooker. I'm going to use a frying pan.
You can make it much faster than cooking rice,
and the sugar content is well controlled.
The oatmeal and the ingredients are well mixed, and it tastes like cooked rice,
so even if you're not a fan of oatmeal, you should be able to eat it.
If you're not a fan of oatmeal, I hope you'll watch this video until the end.
The container I'm going to use for this bento is a Ziploc container, 480ml.
Let's get the ingredients.
Carrots, maitake mushrooms, burdock, momentofu, and chicken thighs.
The total price was 719 yen.
Here are the ingredients.
Let's get started.
The ingredients are really good.
I had 200g of burdock, so I'm going to use just one.
I'm using 200g this time, but 150g is enough.
I'm going to use the rest of the burdock for the soup.
Wash the burdock lightly.
If you're worried about the dirt on the burdock or the beard, take it off with a knife.
Once you've washed it, cut it into thin slices.
If you can do it, you can do it, but I can't, so I'm cutting it into thin slices.
The burdock I'm using this time is a beautiful burdock with a lot of dirt,
so it doesn't peel off the skin and doesn't remove the scum.
If you're using a dirty burdock, remove the dirt first,
and if the skin is hard, peel it off.
Also, if you're worried about the dirt on the burdock,
soak it in water for about 5 minutes after cutting it into thin slices.
If you soak it in too much water, the nutrients will flow,
so be careful not to soak it too much.
Dirty burdock takes a lot of time to prep,
and the sink will be full of dirt,
but it's relatively cheaper and smells better than a dirty burdock.
Dirty burdock can also be stored for a long time,
so if you want to use it easily, you can use a dirty burdock,
or if you feel like it, you can use a dirty burdock.
When I bought this burdock, I was happy that it was a fine burdock,
but it has vinegar in it.
This vinegar is the cavity in the burdock,
but it grows more than necessary,
or it is made when it has been stored for too long.
I just bought this burdock today,
so it seems that I chose a burdock that has grown more than necessary.
Even if there is vinegar, you can eat it normally,
but it means that it has grown more than necessary,
so the deliciousness is reflected.
It can't be helped, so when you buy it,
make sure that there are cracks on the outside
or that you don't choose too thick ones.
But the cooked rice you make from now on
can be made delicious even with a slightly less flavored burdock,
so it's okay.
Cut the carrots into thin slices.
It doesn't matter if you peel it or not.
I weighed the carrots and there were 200g.
You can make it with about 150g,
so you don't have to make it this big.
This time, you don't have to cut it into beautiful thin slices,
so if you cut it thinly like this,
it's okay to cut it from the end.
Yes, I cut the burdock and carrots.
If you use rice to make real cooked rice,
there are too many carrots and burdock,
and the amount of seasonings varies,
so please don't make it as it is.
Finely chop the maitake mushrooms.
Of course, you can also use a knife.
I was actually thinking of buying shiitake mushrooms,
but maitake mushrooms were the cheapest,
so I bought maitake mushrooms.
You can use maitake mushrooms,
shimeji mushrooms, or shiitake mushrooms.
Finely chop the chicken.
It's about this size.
If it's too big, the whole meat won't stick together,
so let's leave it at this size.
I want to use the oil from the chicken skin as umami,
so please use the skin as it is.
Now that we have all the ingredients,
let's fry them in a frying pan.
Fry the chicken without oil in a frying pan.
When the color of the chicken changes,
add burdock and carrots.
Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes to soften.
When it's soft, add the maitake mushrooms.
Add 2 tablespoons of sake.
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of rakanto.
Add 2 tablespoons of grated ginger and simmer.
When it comes to a boil and the soup comes out a little,
add moment tofu and break it down.
When it's broken down, mix it all together and you're done.
You don't have to simmer it after adding the moment tofu.
If you simmer it, the water content will be too low
and the oatmeal won't be mixed well.
If you're worried that you won't know the water content,
you can make it by mixing tofu and oatmeal in the broth before adding the tofu.
If you add tofu, it will taste better when it's lightly seasoned,
so I recommend that you simmer it together if possible.
All you have to do is mix this with oatmeal,
but if it's too hot, it will be mixed when you mix it
and it may become sticky,
so I'd like to leave it for about 10 minutes and let it cool.
It's been 10 minutes, so I'd like to mix it with oatmeal.
Put 200g of oatmeal in a bowl.
I recommend rolled oats that have a solid grain texture.
Add all the ingredients you made earlier and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Put the bag in a grater and mix well.
It's hard to mix because it's quite a lot.
It may have been easier to mix if you put the oatmeal directly in the frying pan.
This rice will be microwaved when you eat it, so it will be completed unheated.
If you eat it as it is, heat it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes per meal and then eat it.
The ingredients are ready, so I'll put them in a container.
The total amount was 1200g, so I'll put in 240g each.
The amount of carrots and burdock will change depending on the amount of the finished dish,
so please adjust the amount of dishes you serve.
When it's flat, add the white sesame seeds that you're good at,
and if you have green onions, add green onions and you're done.
It's already cooled down, so I'll put the lid on and store it in the freezer.
If you put it in the freezer overnight, it will freeze like this.
The shelf life is about 2 weeks.
It will dry out and lose its flavor, but you can eat it a month later.
When you eat it, put the lid on and put it in the microwave and heat it for 6 minutes at 600W.
When you take it to the office, take it frozen and heat it right before you eat it.
Let's eat!
After heating, stir the whole thing before the oatmeal hardens.
Yeah, it's really delicious.
It really tastes like cooked rice.
It's like cooked rice with a lot of softened ingredients.
I thought there were a lot of carrots and burdock, but it's surprisingly good.
I think it would have been better to add more burdock, which was used for the soup.
If you want to add more mushrooms, you can add them.
Then I want to add more meat.
If you do this, you won't know why.
For the first time, please make it according to the amount of this recipe.
After the second time, I hope you can arrange it to your liking.
It really doesn't feel like oatmeal at all.
I think even people who are not good at oatmeal can do it.
If you don't say you made it with oatmeal, you won't notice it.
I made cooked rice, but I made a mistake in the amount of water and it became too soft.
And I made a mistake in the amount of ingredients.
But I made a lot of mistakes.
One lunch box contains 32g of sugar and 24g of protein.
The other nutrients are listed in the summary section, so please take a look.
It's cooked rice, but it's full of vegetables and nutrients, so please try making it.
This is a guide to those who don't have a microwave at work.
This time, everything is the rice part, so I would like to transfer it from the refrigerator to the refrigerator the night before and thaw it naturally.
The next day, it was completely thawed naturally.
It's cold overall, but it looks like it can be eaten.
It doesn't feel like cooked rice, but it looks like a side dish, but it looks like it can be eaten normally.
However, I am worried about food poisoning, so if you can microwave it at work, I would like you to bring it frozen and heat it.
If you can put your lunch box at work, if you transfer it from the refrigerator to the refrigerator before you go home, you can save 2-3 minutes of heating time when you eat it.
If you don't feel like controlling the company's microwave for 6 minutes, please try thawing it in the refrigerator and then microwaving it.
Thank you for watching until the end today.
Summer is over and winter is approaching, and the vegetables in the supermarket have changed in various ways.
It's a season when konsai is delicious, so I'd like to put out menus using lotus root and daikon radish.
If it gets colder, I'd like to post a hot pot menu, so I'd be happy if you could watch it from now on.
