8 Min. Ganzkörper Mobility für jeden Tag | Dehnroutine für Flexibility, Mobility & Entspannung!

Hi and welcome to a new video of mine. As you can see, I've made myself really comfortable here today. Oh, Findi! Yes, hello! The fire is already burning. I have an 8-minute mobility-stretch routine for you today. So we're going to stretch the whole body really nicely today. Stretch dynamically, not statically. That means it's also perfect for after your workout. But you can also do the routine before your workout, as a warm-up, or of course on days off. If you just want to do something good with your body, we're going to stretch the whole body really nicely, mobilize it, promote mobility, and counteract tension and pain in the body. All you need is a mat and yourself. That's it, and we can start right away. As always, you can find my beautiful sports outfit linked in the info box below. You can also find my discount code from Prosis, Paulina10. Oh, the fire is out. No! We'll do it right away. Before we start, I'll turn the light back on. 10% discount, lots of free products. Take a look around. And now, let's get started. Have fun. Let's go! You can take off your shoes now. Make yourself really comfortable. And we'll start right in the quadruped position. And we'll circle our body really nicely, from the front to the side, to the back. Make really big, beautiful circles. Change direction. Come back into the quadruped position and do cat and cow. Finny, you can join in now. Pull your navel in really nicely. And come into the hollow cross position. Exhale. Move down and up. Again, neutral quadruped position. We'll stretch one hand up and down. Stretch really nicely. And stretch up again. Very good. Change sides. We'll come into the screaming dog. And we'll stretch up again. And stretch up again. Screaming dog. We'll just step on our mat. And now let go of the cobra. And we'll come from the front to the back, into the child. And back to the front. And into the child. Screaming dog. One leg. We'll start with the right leg. Take a big step forward. Arms up. And go back. Go up again. Pulse briefly. And stretch the leg. Straighten the back. And up again. And back. Now we'll put our right leg on the floor. In the right angle. And open our hips really nicely. And stretch. Pulse in this position. And slowly release. Come back into the screaming dog. Now take your left leg up. Take a big step forward. Arms up again. And back. And up again. Very good. Take your left leg off the floor again. And open your hips really nicely. Now we're in the back position. Our upper body stays still. With your legs, turn to the left and to the right alternately. If you can, put your knee on the floor. Otherwise, turn to the side as far as you can. Keep your arms on the floor. Very good. We're in the back position. Now put your arms up. Inhale. Exhale. And stretch to the side. Come up again. And to the other side. Turn to the left. And to the right again. Last but not least, put your arms behind your back. Stretch up. Open your chest and heart. And circle your neck. From left to right. Very good. And that was our mobility routine. I hope you enjoyed it. I'm always happy when you... Oh, the sun is coming out.
