Die Herausforderung dabei ist es, den Menschen die Informationen zu liefern, die dazu befähigen.

Welcome, today we are going to talk about your balance and especially what you can do if you leave your balance, your sense of balance to be desired.
Because a non-perfect balance organ or a non-perfect sense of balance affects an infinite number of life situations.
So it doesn't matter if you walk a staircase without stopping, if you do sports like tennis, skiing, yoga or dancing,
or if you want to cross a stream with dry feet while hiking by stepping on the individual outstanding stones.
Without good balance, you get problems everywhere. Or if it goes very badly, you might even fall.
The sense of balance is made up of different perceptions.
The balance organ is located in the inner ear, where the direction of gravity and acceleration are measured.
The visual perception, i.e. by seeing, is of course added. It provides information about the orientation and here in the room.
In addition, there is also the self-perception of the body, i.e. how it perceives its position in the body parts,
for example, whether you have pain or whether you have a bladder inflammation or maybe cough or sore throat.
This is also added when you are healthy, of course, then everything runs smoothly.
And all these perceptions are trainable, like everything else in our body.
Equally, what diagnoses you have received for balance disorders,
you can do a lot with good intentions to improve your balance by doing your own thing and, of course, by contributing your own training.
So that I don't forget, it is also important that you drink at least two liters a day.
I have really rarely experienced this in practice.
Patients came to me who said they had a problem, a slight feeling of dizziness,
and then they also noticed that they became insecure when they went down the stairs.
And then I just asked them, hey, how much do you drink?
And do you know what I always got the answer?
And you should also ask yourself that.
I try to drink one and a half liters a day.
A, I immediately know that it is a maximum of one liter, usually even less,
and B, one and a half liters is not healthy either, because you need two.
So ask yourself if it is the same for you.
But you can do more and you can train properly.
And best of all, you start right away.
Depending on your condition, you start with the exercises that you can't do without any problems.
So, you still start with the simplest exercises.
I choose one minute as the exercise time, if possible.
Maybe you also want to set your alarm clock on a minute,
but you can also count to 60, as you like.
And that's how it could work.
So just stand shoulder-width apart and notice your fluctuations.
Because we have normal body fluctuations, even if we just stand.
It would be pretty good to be able to notice them on your own.
And for safety, take one or both hands close to a railing or a window frame so that you don't tip over.
To increase, you now close one eye.
And then you miss the spatial vision.
And then you close both eyes.
Now you train your balance organ to the maximum.
And it's nice if you could just stand like that,
without the feeling that you're falling to the left, right, front or back.
And now comes the next level of difficulty.
Put your feet close to each other.
Then you stand on just one leg.
And in each of these positions for increasing, close one eye or both eyes.
And when you stand on one leg, with your eyes closed,
and you manage to do that for a minute,
then your balance is in the highest form.
And if you're not quite there yet, then practice.
And you'll just experience how grateful your body is for this training
and how quickly you'll feel safer again.
Yes, that's it for today.
Thank you so much for listening, watching.
Thanks for the thumbs up.
And if you subscribe to my channel, of course.
And since there are a lot of people who have problems with their balance organs,
I think it's worth sharing this video.
And of course I would be very happy about it.
