Rote Beete, who doesn't love it? It's really a masterpiece of health in this
knolle and you should just know what it can do for you and that's what I welcome you
today in this video, nice that you are there. So for me, Rote Beete is one of the
healthiest vegetables and is pure medicine. You know, I'm of the opinion that
food is medicine. The Rote Beete can lower increased blood pressure, but it can also
improve the skin. It can also stimulate the liver function, strengthen the gallbladder
and keep its channels healthy and free. It is also important that the
liver fluid can pass through it and stimulates digestion and thus also promotes the excretion of
metabolic end products. And of course it also protects against heart and vessel diseases
and by its high content of betaine and folic acid, it also protects against heart attacks and
strokes. And now there's something else to it, namely from neurological diseases such as
Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. But maybe you're a little skeptical about the Rote Beete,
because on the other hand, it has always been pointed out that due to the high
nitrate content of this Rote Beete, it cannot be recommended without preservation. But be careful,
that was really once. So everything you heard negative about the Rote Beete,
you can forget. It was assumed at the time that the salpetacic acid in it
would be converted into the cancer-causing nitrosamine. But that's wrong, because that
actually only happens when nitrate is absorbed in combination, and now it's going to be
really exciting again, with animal protein. So if you eat Rote Beete in isolation with any
other plant products, then it doesn't happen. Namely, something completely different happens,
nitrate in plants is released as positive, and the suspected disadvantages seem to
actually dissolve in the air. By the way, through good chewing, through the saliva in the mouth,
the nitrate is converted into nitrite. And that is another reason to chew intensively, of course,
because nitrite also kills unhealthy germs in the stomach. These new research results
can be very helpful, by the way, for people who often have infections with Helicobacter pylori.
These are bacteria that are suspected of being largely responsible for the development of gastric ulcers and gastric cancer.
So remember the term Helicobacter in connection with stomach diseases and with Rote Beete,
which ensures that the Helicobacter has no chance of surviving in these stomachs at all.
The resulting nitrate is then converted into nitric oxide in the intestine. And nitric oxide,
that is very important, you should also know, protects our vessels, even before deposition.
And in the more detailed examination of the influence of Rote Beete juice on high blood pressure,
there were absolutely convincing results. Already a quarter of a liter of it shows a clear decrease
in the blood pressure value due to vessel-expanding properties in the participants of these studies.
A reduced accumulation of blood cells, of thrombocytes, was also measured and observed,
which, of course, led to a reduced formation of deposits and thrombosis in the vessels.
All these effects also explain why the endurance performance in people who regularly
took Rote Beete juice, or took Rote Beete, increased.
Better blood circulation, better vessel situation, better cell supply, of course,
brings better performance. And if you do sports and don't take Rote Beete with you,
then you know what should happen from now on. And that's why my suggestion.
It is best to drink a glass of Rote Beete juice every day. But also in a green smoothie,
or even in a smoothie, I find Rote Beete extremely recommendable.
Or you can also prepare a Rote Beete salad. Incidentally, I like it incredibly much.
For two people, you need two cooked and peeled Rote Beete, a small onion,
four medium-sized cucumbers, a medium-sized apple, and you cut all these ingredients into small cubes.
And then you add the juice, an orange and a little zest from the peel,
as well as a pinch of sea salt, whatever you want to add.
By the way, you can also add a little pepper and turmeric.
And this salad, by the way, also tastes excellent the next day,
or maybe even a little better the next day,
so I can actually recommend that you prepare twice as much.
Then you can save work the next day and do more for your health.
Yes, that's it about Rote Beete. I think you wanted to be eaten, didn't you?
And that's why I would always be happy if you give me your thumbs up,
if you subscribe to my channel, what else?
Yes, of course, also share this video.
