organizing my entire house & resetting my life for the new year 🏠🧹 closet clean outs & organization

This week we are resetting the house for the new year. I'm taking y'all through the saddest day of the year, taking down all the Christmas decor. I am organizing like crazy. We're going through my closet. The hosting closet is finally back in action. The hutch is being organized. I'm hosting a little bit. Just a really fabulous week. And then the craziest thing happens to me, guys. My aunt gifts me two Gucci chairs and I am sharing with you guys the story, telling you all about it. It is just so fabulous. So anyway, without further ado, I hope you guys enjoy this video. Good morning, everyone. It is the saddest day of the year because I am taking all my Christmas decor down. It is January 7th. It is time. This tree has been up since October. I honestly, like I'm gonna get emotional. I'm gonna cry. I think I am. I seriously think I am. It is the most perfect tree ever. This week, I'm doing a massive reset on the house. I'm organizing. I'm working on so many projects. We're planning the garden. I'm just getting everything together. This has been much needed for months. I feel like I'm always doing this, but it's happening. The hosting closet, we finally, finally got racks that will work so I can handle that this week. And I also got a new hutch so I can organize that. I need to go through my closet, do all the things, and we're just gonna get started. Today on my list, I have take down the Christmas decor, organize the hosting closet, and then work on the kitchen hutch clean out. I don't know if I'm gonna get to the kitchen part, but I definitely will get to the hutch. The garage will happen eventually. That's gonna be a slow project though because I have a lot of stuff that I'm selling that I'm keeping in the garage until then. So I don't know if I'm gonna be able to have my garden set up fully, but I would like to get that stuff done. So if you guys are new here, be sure to subscribe. I'm getting emotional, even though it's been up since October 2nd, but oh my God, I'm not one of those people who's ever dying to get rid of the Christmas decor. I want it to feel like this. So sad. I Have seven needlepoint ornaments, this is the very first one might get finished with the cording stick margarita spicy mark to be exact coconut smockers Blue belt this is the only one that I didn't stitch myself But I sawed it with stitch and I got it for Harrison and I because we did the Paris Texas themed dinner party and I had bluebell like bouquets and stuff So I just got it for us. My goal one day is to have an entire Christmas tree of needlepoint ornaments So that's gonna be like 40 years from now, but it's gonna be amazing starting at 7 this year Thank you so much Charlie to stick the tripod, but I'm done with this clip The only thing left like first off Charlie came out here. He's working. He's like been helping me, but This is just so crazy. Uh, Charlie even walked out was like wow. It's depressing in here. Like it's so Sad, I didn't move the little Cottages out here cuz like this is the thing. My man's was kind of hard. I Don't know. So anyway, I have these here and I guess for now just windy appointments in this little bit actually It's just sad like really depressing, but I'm gonna move my Christmas needlepoint into my office We can all say goodbye to this until October 1st, 2026 for Christmas I don't know if I mentioned this but I got a meal vacuum because Dom has been telling me to get one of these vacuums for probably Maybe a year. I don't it's been a bit and so she told me that this won't be the best one for me I have hardwood. So it's not like I Need one that's like so crazy and heavy-duty just with the rugs and stuff, but I'm gonna vacuum up all of the Tinsel, I don't know. I was someone almost said streamers Look at what Sierra had made for me too, and I got back to Nashville's and it's so funny You It feels so Empty and sad like I'm devastated. I'm not Yeah, our relationship. I'm absolutely devastated guys. Like I am keeping this one bow here on the lamp just as a little nod, but like This is so sad. This is disturbing. It's not okay, and it will be handled But guys, it's actually like I can't even talk about it I Feel so pleased. I don't even care if I do a single other thing today Which like trends I don't know if I'm going to I will I will but this closet like finally is usable and it's so amazing Right now the hutch in my dining room. We're trying to get rid of the smoke smell We got rid of the fabric and honestly got rid of like pretty much all the smoke smell if you guys didn't see the last Vlog I got a hutch off basic marketplace a really nice one for $200, which is just like amazing I want to air that out and make sure the smoke scent is completely out of The hutch before I start moving things in there. I am gonna move things in there seasonally So like my McKenzie child gray Malin a collection collection is gonna go out there for probably like February in January and then I'll like switch it out throughout the year and it'll be a fun way to like keep the house up-to-date Keep it festive seasonal Use different stuff Anyway, that's gonna and I'll probably put like one of my China sets in there and then I'm gonna donate I don't know part of me is like should I move my seasonal stuff to the attic like a Christmas stuff? But it is nice having it here and not having to worry about it. But then I feel like this is excessive I do want to donate some stuff but I just haven't Been able to you know, what actually? Things that are sets like underneath under six that I am gonna start donating because I never host for just four people and Then I end up never ever using them and I'd rather them go to people that will actually get good use out of them Then just sit in my hosting closet. Like I know this whole place is excessive Also, I love the fact that I have two Luke Steiner mugs Amazing. Oh, this is the picture I was looking for the other day Yeah, there's just some stuff like over here that I can definitely Go ahead and donate to the right Person it because it's just not Gonna get used here. I used for too many people This one might be cute for the hutch. I might keep these for the hutch. So I'll put them in the hutch You do have these cute little tea cups. Well, just a little duo. So Just found more tablecloths somehow I'll give you guys a little tour because it is looking fabulous and I have my hosting calls it back and I'm just so thrilled So this is my hosting closet and I finally have rods that will work Thanks to my brother-in-law and Charlie they figured it out Anyway up here. I have all of my tablecloths Which this is what kept falling because it's pretty heavy. Like of course, these are pretty big The tables are like larger so I get it, you know, we just needed to figure it out this I actually probably should have packed this up because it's a Christmas one It's one of my favorite Christmas like items of decor ever I got it at home randomly and I have a table runners about to the table cause I just love them but I probably should put that up but I just Forgot today and then down here is all aprons. We have the friend of mine aprons That's a sample that we actually didn't develop like we didn't go into production with but these were a lot of the different samples Then we go you have more OG breadwinning housewife Aprons if you guys want friend of mine breadwinning housewife aprons Let me know we can get them embroidered and do something cute and that that tray I love and then back here. The wallpaper is spoon flower and they had amazing customer service. I Am so grateful to them because this looks amazing and at one point just because it's hot in here everything fell down and they like We're so helpful Okay. Anyway up here. It isn't like perfectly organized. You've got drinks not drink Sorry, we have all of her drink where and then we've got buckets and stuff Eventually, I do picture this being because I've got believe it or not more stuff I do picture this being more like bigger surfwear stuff Which would be really nice because I don't like I need that down here and I have other icebox and buckets and stuff So when I go through I probably will honestly move the Christmas stuff out just so it's easier I'm gonna do that in a second and Then I'll have more room and space to put like that down and then I have like my rattan Ice bucket thing and all that stuff. Um, this is so not organized. That's also seasonal I have birthday stuff in here. So I've got like a little happy birthday sign that was embroidered another happy birthday thing. So cute I love that and then Yeah, we have all this stuff down here more serving platters trying to sets those are really I need to organize this better But whatever I've done a lot Okay Down here and that's a lot of outdoor stuff that I actually got from Walmart in Nashville this summer from their better homes and garden Collaboration it was incredible over here. I have my cookbook wall. So I have a ton of cookbooks and Recipe journals and a lot of my cookbooks are actually in the kitchen the ones that I use the most but I have that up here and then One day the vision is to have this entire wall filled with Photos that I've hosted things in so like the gallery wall will actually look good and you know what? I think I'm gonna do too. Maybe right here. I'm not sure I think I'm gonna hang the birthday plates that Charlie and I Painted because I think it would just be cute to have them out before we use them or maybe I'll just put them up in The hutch. I'm not really quite sure. Let me know you guys think but these are actually mainly from friend of mine shoots It's expensive to get a bunch of stuff framed So the only ones from events that I've actually had frame which is ridiculous because I have so many I hosted like 12 dinner parties Last year, so I need to do that, but I want them all to be frame bridge So anyway, this is from a Christmas one that's in the same Christmas dinner. It's really cute. That's me and Martha My favorite photo ever and then these are all friend of mine shoots like the family card shoot That was the recipe binder. I think that's family cards family cards book club cards It's Keaton and I so cute. I found like the sickest most perfect house and it was amazing. So anyway, love this That's one of my favorite photos ever It's looking So so good, and I think that rug is from rugs USA or maybe Amazon I'm not really sure. I mean, it's not the world's most like it's a fine rug Don't get me wrong, but like you can get that rug at a billion different stores. I don't think it really matters. But anyway Loving this. Okay, so I did organize the needlepoint hutch finally last week Don't mind the actual Office for now. That's not what's important. This is organized. Okay, I organized this y'all might have seen that on tik-tok But it is I do need to get lights for this But I don't want to get the rechargeable lights because I know myself. I'm not gonna recharge them, you know So like what's the point? This is the needlepoint hutch and it's looking amazing. I cannot wait to do my angels They're just so cute. Imagine that on my gardening bag that as a door hanger. I die. Everything's perfect But the main thing that I did Over a winter break if you will, so I organized all my threads and fibers in here So this truly is an L&S like everything is super super organized which is really convenient because I Give a lot of my needlepoint to like friends and family who are wanting to need a point And they're always coming over to like shop the L&S I mean most of like most of these projects I want to do but there's certain ones where I'm like, okay, that's fine You know, I thought would be so cute for so-and-so or whatever So anyway, they come over even if they just need fibers like I'm always like look we are stacked So, please come on over to our L&S Also, once I finish my purse today I'm getting back to this and I'm gonna get this done as soon as possible because I really want to put this in my kitchen And this little acrylic stand that I got from needlepoint or from Penny Lund. That's just the cutest thing ever So I'm gonna finish that and then have a big finishing day because I've got a couple projects to finish Anyway loving this here we go Okay, and my closet is not bad by any means because I'm always doing a closet clean out like consistently the bags Definitely need to be reorganized, but mainly I want to organize this situation I just have a lot of bags and stuff that I don't necessarily need I need to get all my cowboy hats reshaped I moved some boots up here So I do want to get to this this actually will not take me that long at all I might as well just like get it done now I'm kind of hungry, but I'm gonna get this done and then I'm gonna reward myself By going to frame bridge because I have some pieces that I need to get framed for the house And then I also have one that's gonna be a gift that I want to give like relatively soon So I want to make sure that's in and then I want to give myself a blowout to actually I don't know Trying to time my blowout schedule. It would be smarter to do that tomorrow. So anyway, oh by the way guys I also got a new clothing wrap because the other one just like was falling and breaking all the time and like Why didn't this is literally $20? Like why did I go through months of it falling and breaking when I could have just spent $20 on a new clothing wrap? I don't know. Anyway, after all of that, I forgot I have another ornament in here Dang it. I Got this one on our New York trip so You know what? I'm gonna do I'm gonna find a place in my house because I collect ornaments yearly like I'm gonna use one of the baskets and just put them There so I don't have to go up in the attic and I can keep them all in one place So I don't lose them whenever it's actually time Sorry guys, my camera died and I'm just now getting back to the vlog. I'm getting ready really quickly I'm gonna run up to frame rich. I need to get a couple things framed. You know what? I really want to try Love Jones Road, I think it's the most amazing makeup, especially like day-to-day I like something light, but I want something, you know, this is the Miracle Balm in translucent, but I want to try the other shades If you guys use Jones Road Miracle Balm, what shades are you wearing? I've got some needlepoint stuff. I actually I'm so excited I'm stitching up my first belt for my dad I got him the belt for his birthday this upcoming week and then I'm like finishing it It'll be like a father's day gift cuz it's gonna be like a four month long process I was just looking at it though, and I feel like I'll be able to do it Like I don't think it's gonna take me that long But at the same time I've got a billion other projects and I got that one on needle paint I love needle paint stuff and then I had a key fob made for Charlie because Charlie is a billion belts I know the belt curse. I know the belt curse. I'm also not dying to do belts anyway And like his mom has done so many belts. So I just like don't even feel like it's necessary But when a key fob came up, he was very excited about it. So I'm going to do that I can show you guys this project soon. I'm gonna film a little whip in a sec I'm so excited for the frame bridge stuff guys. Those projects are gonna be so sick. Okay, I'll show you guys what I'm wearing I just threw this on very quickly Also, I'm wearing the rare beauty perfume. That stuff is so good. My jeans are the ultra-loose Abercrombie low-rise jeans I really love these but I am like considering getting Nicer jeans not that I don't love Abercrombie curve look like I do and these are like my go-to Day-to-day jeans that maybe I need to invest in like a higher quality pair of denim only because I wear jeans every day You know what? I mean? Like I feel like I'm so loyal to my Abercrombie curve love denim. Maybe I do need to branch out My top is park and then this sweater was actually like who is this sweater from the tag is kind of messed up I'll figure it out. But this tucked in and then I have my ballet flats, which is so exciting and That is pretty much it. I'm gonna head off really quickly. I'm drinking another coffee Here's the thing about like home reset week I feel like a lot of like home stuff projects in organization specifically you think it's gonna take you 17 years and like Normally, it doesn't you'd be surprised that what you can get done in an hour truly. So speaking of I moved everything up there It's feeling a lot better Please someone for the life of me like give me a good rec when it comes to a mirror with lighting over here I don't think I've shown me I'm actually gonna move this to the hosting closet But in my last vlog I made my vision board for the year And this is my style vision board in case you guys are interested like if this is what I'm wanting to channel this year Where do you guys think I'll be shopping or I should be shopping that belt is everything to me Like that's all I need in life. I love a statement piece clearly and I love jewelry and I'm just obsessed with this It's so perfect and it's so nice to just give me some nice inspo for my outfit. I just filmed quite the whip Maybe I'll film a whip for YouTube with my guests tonight, but I have everything set up. I just got my very first Oh, I'm so close to being done with this like I will finish it tonight. It's a blue canary needlepoint bag there I feel like always sold out get on the waitlist. They're so good my friend of mine Projects that I'm going to kit and then also these just came in the mail I got my very first belt for my dad that I'm gonna do I got it for his birthday And then I had this made it from CC needlepoint, she's my favorite to get custom canvases from she's amazing and quick and I did a key fob for Charlie. So anyway, I'm off to frame bridge And they fixed this frame I've ordered probably you guys have seen I probably have like 30 or 40 frame bridge frames I have a lot and this is like the only one that came kind of broken and Actually one time something fell they have amazing customer service because I took it back and they've just fixed it with immediately. It's amazing I love this one What a fabulous experience at frame bridge I'm back home and that reminds me one of the other home projects that I want to get done. It's finally getting this black painted I don't Necessarily like I don't everyone's like oh do a baby blue. I don't want this house to look like so grandma I say as like it gets grandma more grandma by the day and then Paige Spear and who I'm obsessed with gave me a really good rack and it's like a bluish gray and I don't like gray But it's a blue gray almost like Nantucket one and it didn't give like granny. So I'm like, I don't know I just keep going back and forth I'm probably going to Sample a couple different colors out here and then just see how it looks at night and at different times of the day I'm not necessarily in a rush to do this, but I would like to do it sooner rather than later so the black is just too harsh and too modern for my liking and eventually we will Figure this out, but I did just set the mahjong table for tonight, which is perfect What kind of wine Yeah, that's fine there's five glasses in the bottles This pizza is really good. The base is ahead of the cream. Alright guys, they just left I think it's like 1130 and I got so much done. I still have a string I'm like mid string because they just left but it's looking amazing I finished the bottom line and then I'm just filling in the monogram and then we will be done. It's a really dark chocolate brown I'm so pleased with the colors like this is just perfect I'm gonna be honest the only reason I'm vlogging at this moment is because I just gave myself a blowout and I actually Really like and I did it with a round brush and then I used hot like rollers and I curled it or I pinned it Up next time I could pin it up longer. I mean guys I'm feeling amazing about this. I'm gonna do very minimal makeup I am filming some things this morning the craziest thing happened yesterday. Our needlepoint launch is actually this morning It's like an hour and a half. So that's what I'm getting ready for very very quickly We have our bread winning housewife needle minders Which are just the magnets that attach to the canvas when we got our first sample I didn't like the gingham so I had them send in a different design that was updated gingham and in that time There ended up being a typo with bread winning, but we didn't see it So it's bread wing basically really my fault. I should have caught that and it's really it's cursive So it's like not the most obvious thing ever that it's there through like multiple people photographers like no one noticed Okay, and again, like I should have caught that immediately. Like I did not catch it. It's completely my fault We posted it yesterday and then people like notice and I was like, oh my god It's black like we were in the middle of playing mahjong. I'm like, oh god. It was like, oh god Like what are we gonna do here? But like obviously mistakes happen like it's totally fine Like of course, it sucks that we can't launch those because I'm obviously not gonna sell you guys that Today with the lawn, but like I mean, there's a bigger problems in the world and instead I have decided that these are the first Vintage piece from 2025. These are going to be our vintage bread wing Housewife canvases that will only be a guest with purchase or like maybe at events and stuff and they're a collector's item. Okay Obviously, I will not be having you guys buy Needle miners with typos on them. So because this is a little funny hiccup that we had we are gonna have them be Collectors items. So basically the first for the orders today just like as a fun thing We're gonna send some and I kind of like love where the joke is gone It's better than if we were actually to launch the needle miners, which we will be launching those needle miners We've already sent in a correction with the correct file And those are gonna be developed and like we'll be totally fine those will be coming out very soon because needle miners are a way faster turnaround than Even canvases like everything else. So like don't worry those will be coming soon But now this is just kind of iconic and it's just a fun little thing to do every business You're gonna make mistakes and I like how we're handling this So yeah, imagine me mid-mahjong checking the comments cuz I'm like, oh my god, everyone's so excited for our canvases Let's go see the comments and then I was like And I had to just delete it cuz we were in the middle of the game when I was hosting people So I need to like handle this later. Guys I stayed up really late last night. We stayed up stitching really late and then when I Got to bed I had to obviously fix all of our stuff for lunch and then I was just on my laptop working Until like 2 and then I woke up at 645. So I'm not someone who can like run off of not much sleep So we're just gonna like really try for the best. I'm also getting a facial today. So I Don't know why I'm doing all this But the test of a true like good blowout is that you can just brush it like constantly and it like Oh Maybe just ruin my true good blowout. No, it's fine. I feel so much better. Like I don't need to wear makeup I don't care at all as long as my hair looks good, then I feel amazing So I just want to get really good and fast and just giving myself like more like round brush blows I've never like the concept of like holding a round brush in the hairdryer and like trying to get like I don't know why I've never been able to perfect it. Like seriously, it is crazy Like I just cannot this one feels like it's not that bad I also use all colorwell products like the bombshell volumizer raise the brew the silver shine spray I used to setting shine spray like the there's nothing I love their hairspray the Texturizing like the big volume hairspray. It's so good. Speaking of actually also Joe that should have been in that video. Dang it I just posted a tick-tock in a reel of products that I've repurchased over 10 times I don't know if I'm at 10 with that hairspray just because there's a lot of product in it, but This silver setting spray I'm up there with some color our products like what I'm actually doing my hair They're just the best. So yesterday I had the needlepoint launch I had a workout how to stop the needlepoint store got a facial worked out last night feels like it's going to rain But it's definitely not I have about two hours to dedicate to the home reset today I actually got a facial yesterday at Dramonti Preston Hollow best med spa in Dallas best prices And I just love going there for facials So I got a hydro facial of micro needling which is like my favorite combination of a facial But this time we added PRP which is like your blood is your plasma somehow I don't know they get some blood from you They whip it into something that put it back into your face lately when you add PRP to micro needling the results are like even better and I think my micro needling results are Insane if you go there normally if you like mention that you're coming from me though We'll give you a discount by the way I'm pretty doing a hydro facial like it makes my skin glow and It makes my pores disappear, and I'm trying to just be consistent and get that done once a month So that my skin will just be perfect by summer anyway when I just get micro needling to my skin is really red regardless But I feel like it stays a little bit more red the only difference that I noticed As far as recovery time was that I felt like my skin It was a little less red or the redness is going down faster last night, and it was just pretty rough I don't know if rough is the right word today. It feels pretty normal. Just dry, and then I definitely still have Redness like I don't even know if you guys can tell on camera as much as you can in like real life like it's definitely Red, but it's fine. It doesn't bother me, and I'm going to dinner tonight, and it'll be All fine by then, but anyway I have an editing all morning And then we are about to do a little movement to the hut get some things going there And then do a little bit of a garage clean out. This is going to be slowly, but surely it's story of my life I'm always cleaning out the garage. What are you going to do? I have some pretty shirt items and stuff that I listed on marketplace that are being picked out tomorrow So I can't really do that much yet, but I do want to at least get the hutch situated It's not going to be fully styled because I thought that I ordered This is what I've been waiting for all week was for these plate holders or the plate. Yeah plate holders What's what you don't like where you put the plate? Why can't I think of it plate stand? I don't know. I had like seven of them in my cart on Amazon. Well. I thought I had checked out So I was like they're not coming like every single day. Where are they? This is so weird which track them they were my cards up there coming tomorrow anyway We're going to move stuff over and then I'm going to style over time and I'm really excited because so we have You know some stuff to move around and organize and can I get to that? Guys it just started raining and the vibe of the house is just perfect Okay, so the hutch is done. We've put a bunch of stuff in here. I'm not styling it just yet I do have like the general vibe and it looks so good. You can't really tell With the reflection as much and then it's probably too dark But I just love it in here and the garage looks bad But Charlie is taking a ton of stuff up to the attic and tomorrow things are being sold so I'm actually going to have room To be able to start to organize a little bit better. It's not going to be anything crazy, but it's definitely Better guys. I am just here to tell you my test case. I push the red I was in London two years ago, and I was looking at these chairs And I'm like oh these perfect sunning chairs took photos of them. I was obsessed, but Obviously like not even a little out of budget like so far out of budget It was like not even in my like it wouldn't even be something I would dream of like it was so far out of my even my dreams You know what I mean, so anyways I moved on with my life But I left the store, and I was kidding when I was talking to a friend And I was like if God wants me to have them he'll hand deliver them, okay? So cue to two years later just now My aunt who works for Gucci we go to dinner with her just now. She's like oh my God I have chairs for you. I was like what do you mean you have chairs for me from Gucci? She's like yeah, I have chairs long story short. She doesn't worry. They don't work in her house She works for there for them so obviously she got them and they're mine and guys when I say these are Look at them the most perfect stunning amazing chairs. They're like little miniature chairs These are like my first heirloom pieces that I that I own like I used to understand like all my furniture is wafer and basic Marketplace like this is just so different I don't even know where I'm gonna put them in my house like I might have to replace that little game thing put the game Thing here put the chairs there. I don't know what I'm gonna. Do I might move into my closet I think that actually makes the most amount of sense I'm just obsessed like truly. Oh my god. I don't even know what to do about this like seriously. I'm sorry Oh My God I Really actually cannot live this. I'll never get over these chairs like this is the greatest this ever happened to me And I literally said if God wanted me to have him he'll hand deliver them. He did it's so crazy This is literally amazing guys. I will never ever ever Be over these chairs like how insane is this not the most insane thing you've ever heard in your life Like I'm the luckiest girl alive. I just oh my god, and I've also been saying I want chairs with French like guys Oh my god. I'm so Obsessed it's like actually not even funny. I don't even know what to do with myself I'm seriously like I'm like not well. This is not from the package this week. This is from Something you put in like two weeks ago. So I'll need to make a tick-tock of this in the morning This is piece number one How cute is this a little hydrangea right zoom Nantucket so fun So it was the green pinstripe and then I forget the name of this actual frame, but I just think it's like really Perfect whoo frame number two migas stitched actually all three of these projects and then we put them in a frame and then I just got Them reframed so that they would match my house a little bit better. This one is just Like just so sweet and so Fun. I love this. There is a thread there though. So that's gonna drive me actually crazy I don't know why that wouldn't have gotten fixed, but I do love this. So I'm clearly loving this green frame I ended up doing green pinstripe green with this bear needlepoint that she made these were like some of our First projects that she did. This is a penny on campus I just think it's so cute It reminds me of my little brother's room like his nursery when he was born and then it's like first birthday Like it just runs in my childhood and I love This so oh my god. This is such a good batch of frames. Okay, so this one I love so much I was this I was planning on putting in my room, but now I'm like, maybe this goes my closet Maybe we're going to completely different vibe. Okay, so my closet is a little bit of a mess from getting ready for dinner however, like maybe this The chair is going to take the place of this little poof thing for my vanity here Oh, but it really doesn't work with my wallpaper. I don't know. I really don't know I mean, I guess I could make it work with the wallpaper Getting ready in this chair But this is such a closet chair like it's gotta be but then I have two so it's like do I have two here? And they're just in here and if I have a friend, I don't know I really don't know like what I should do in a perfect world There would be a corner in my house that was open that would make sense, which I can make happen somewhere It's gonna come to me. It really will they're too low for the dining table. Unfortunately guys. These are My family heirlooms like this is what will be passed down in a will one day like 80 years from now like These are it that's just it and this is what I was gonna fight over and my will like it's gonna be these chairs Okay, guys, Mike came over to sit in the chairs Isn't this just everything? I will know Good morning y'all back to a little bit of a reset this morning. Um, we're gonna go through I'm gonna try on every single pair Of jeans and just pants in my closet and then I'm going to go through and I'm going to donate I think I'm actually gonna send them to thread up This isn't sponsored but when you send things to thread up you can get Reformation credit which is my favorite store in the entire world like I live in Reformation Dresses the summer and they're not the cheapest things ever So I normally do like donate my clothes like nine times out of ten But every now and then I'm like, okay, this is probably should just be sent to throw it up So I did order some of their like bigger bags yesterday I will say the only thing is When I go through to donate if I I would never be able to fit things only in like one third of bag I have to get like a couple just cuz they're really small and maybe it's just like seasonally closer bigger But anyway, just made some coffee and a little yogurt bowl and we are going To get going today. Also, I did buy the Martha manual I thought I had this book and maybe I did it and it's gone missing But I do know that this is a book about like organizing all that stuff the reason that I really wanted it is because it's like literally everything how to apply wallpaper how to Recover a chair how to clean anything how to clean walls laundry How to line laundry like literally every single thing. It's actually kind of crazy How to sew how to sew tassels how to sew hot embellishments, I mean like literally everything in here but The reason even knitting it's actually kind of crazy that Martha's like not a needlepoint girl because she sews in it It's like come on Anyway, I am Oh garden and grow The garden toolkit. Okay, but in here there is a calendar where it tells you like things just chores that you need to do Every single month that way you don't like fall behind and then end up like having to have like a full like reset week and All these things, you know, which I would do at the beginning of the year Anyway, but boiling grazing with everything that you need to do at the house It's actually kind of crazy how to celebrate Halloween and how to literally everything how to keep your health your pet healthy How to groom your pet my god Anyway, I will link this book because anyone's interested like literally it's like a home Bible Basically my Louise Carmen journal came in and I'll probably share more about this in my next vlog But I feel like mine's a little Too thick. I don't know I'll do like a full tick-tock of the whole thing and put everything together because it's not all fully together. Yeah, but it is Perfect and I'm so excited because I will be journaling like crazy this year And I got these really cute little charms here and I just love this thing Y'all know me and my timer this is to prove to myself and also you guys that this isn't gonna take that long Okay, I've been eating to go through these pants for probably two years I was talking about going through them with my stylist friend Jack We actually want to once I go through them and I figure out the jeans I'm gonna keep I'm gonna go and I don't know how exactly I'm gonna store this cuz I don't want a ton of stuff hanging up but she's done it before where there's like Polaroids taken of your jeans and like how they fit on you and like attached them to the hanger or Just like had a board that was written out like what the style was which I think would be amazing So honestly, maybe even right there I'm I'm going to do it because I'm just such a visual person that needs to do it So right now first step is the clean out. So I'm gonna set it for 20 minutes You Okay in 10 minutes it drives me crazy how these are not shutting all the way I need to go through them again but it really this one is just too full and that's just gonna take a second, but I Had four drawers, I guess of athletic wear and I got it down to three, which is good A lot of that summer stuff so I could organize it by season. I just haven't gotten around to it. That stuff is PR So it's always just kind of going out until I these are those push things but that one's stuck like honestly The push drawers are really annoying Anyway, what I did last week and ignore how they are too tall for the boots I need to get the right sizes, but I move the boots around So they're all gonna be standing up which is just better care for the boots Very soon with the correct sizes and then I have all of these and these are just a bunch of Dakota's like these blue suede boots guys, they're Everything you can't even really see the coloring that well right now, but oh my god, they're so good I have an XL trash bag from under an hour in my closet and it feels amazing. I just keep this up Honestly, it's rare that I do a full closet clean out at once I normally will just like separate the chores and just do them from time to time and my god, does that feel amazing? Okay, I'm here to show you a possible my not because I'm like not well today I'm here to show you guys possibly my best basic workplace pick today. And also on the other side, there's no trim So I want to do the other way I could this is so sick. It also looks amazing So I have it this way it I just want something just for background Like I want this to be covered just because it's like my vanity area and I don't want you know I mean, it's a big mess. It looks amazing Actually amazing with the dresser and I'll eventually I don't even know if at this point I will replace that mirror cuz it's just great lighting, but I love this thing It looks amazing with the chairs. I'm gonna get muted I'm thinking like really maybe green or cream and a light pink. That's not like too pink like more peachy I don't know exactly what I'm gonna do But I'm gonna do muted thick stripes all throughout here as far as wallpaper goes it's gonna look Amazing and then I'm gonna frame this piece that we got framed that frame bridge It looks amazing here. And then I have one other one that I'm waiting. That's why I haven't hung these yet I have one other piece that I want to have a hung above here But like the colors in this guys this room has come together so Perfectly, like I will actually never get over it and this Oh looks Amazing and once I have the new wallpaper in here, it's gonna be like I can't believe I ever lived a second without this This is what I need. Thank God.
