Hi and welcome to a new video of mine.
Uh, just a moment.
So, I think that's a little better.
Friends, today I have a What I Eat in a Day,
what I eat as a fitness influencer.
Because yes, we all know what is sometimes shown on social media
and how it really is often very, very different.
And you know, I always want to be very open and honest with you,
just show the reality.
And that's different today.
That's why I asked you on Instagram, Paulina,
take us again for a day like this, show us what you eat.
And I'll do that. I just have to go shopping now.
Because yes, we had a day off yesterday and now I still need a lot.
That's on the plan now.
And then I already have a few mega cool ideas
what it will be like today.
Yes, I hope you are looking forward to it.
And now I would say, let's go. See you soon.
What I Eat in a Day
I'm home.
And now I thought, whoops,
I'll do a little shopping haul for you right away.
Not too long ago,
I put out some shopping tips for you.
Feel free to watch the video.
I'll link it to you.
But now I'll show you what I bought.
You will see and need some of it today in the course of the video,
in case you want to cook it up.
Leek,
Parmesan,
Tomatoes,
Feta,
Coriander,
Eggs.
By the way, this is my uncle.
Hello, uncle Wolfgang.
Broccoli.
Eggs.
Oh, I'm so excited.
Now it's egg slice season again.
We're going to make something really delicious with it today.
Nectarines.
Hummus.
Of course, you can also make it yourself.
But if you have to go fast, it's practical.
Tofu.
Okay, now comes the reality.
Mochi.
I love mochi right now.
Do you know them?
Oh, they're so delicious.
Broccoli,
frozen.
And raspberries,
frozen.
I have to freeze it right now.
Skia.
Scallops.
Honey.
And last but not least,
my little addiction.
Small is good.
Cokes.
Yes, otherwise, I would say,
I'll clean up everything now.
And then I'll see you for lunch,
because I don't have breakfast.
Every now and then,
I just make sure that I listen to my body.
But this interval fasting,
which I don't do so strictly,
I do very well.
I just notice that it's good for my body
if you can clean it up properly
and don't get food all the time.
That's why I usually skip breakfast.
But I'll show you a really delicious snack later.
And by the way,
I was so craving shopping.
Terrible.
Typical after a holiday.
Well, we'll see each other later.
It can start with lunch.
And I thought,
that I'll make a bulgur butter bowl today.
I love bowls with a lot of fresh ingredients.
And bulgur is a cool alternation.
I don't make anything with it that often anyway.
That's why I'm using bulgur today.
Of course, you can also use, for example,
couscous, quinoa, green peas, rice, etc.
It's up to you, of course.
But it's a cool alternation, I think.
And I'm still not quite sure
what's going to be in it.
But that's the plan now.
Cucumber and zucchini, fresh from the garden.
I'll definitely put it in the oven.
And then a little bit of zucchini,
paprika and broccoli for searing.
Then I only got coriander,
because I love coriander with bowls.
Hummus as well.
Then I thought I'd sear tofu a little bit.
It has a lot of protein.
Greek feta.
Nuts are always delicious in bowls.
And of course a little olive oil for searing.
And spices.
Very important.
And now I'd say,
let's start right away.
Preheat the oven,
put the zucchini in,
cook the bulgur,
but you'll see everything anyway.
Zucchini.
Okay, wow.
How delicious does this look?
What do you think?
And just briefly,
to be honest,
I don't always like
every meal so much,
but, friends,
the eye is with me.
I think it really makes a difference.
It just tastes better.
That's why I usually try.
By the way,
I'll tell you,
it's just so quiet here
in the house without Sascha.
It's so unusual
and I feel a little lonely.
To be honest,
I really miss him.
But I'm looking forward to it.
Next week I'll fly there too.
And yes,
then hopefully the time will be over soon.
But it's just so strange
because we always eat together
and now he's just sitting there all alone.
But it's really delicious.
It tastes so good.
You have to try it.
So delicious.
Short reality check.
Yes, that's what it looks like right now.
So yes,
we're going to clean up the kitchen now
and snack on my nectarine.
I bought it earlier.
Nectarine always works.
Fruits always work.
And I have a question for you right now.
Be it with the nectarine
or in general with any fruit,
are you more of a team?
Crunchy,
slightly,
not unripe,
but rather very, very fresh
or really juicy and sweet?
I'm definitely a team.
Crunchy,
rather a little short before ripe.
Let's go for something a little sweet.
Write in the comments
how it is with you
in general with the fruit.
I would really be interested.
Well, I'll snack now
and then I'll clean up the kitchen.
See you later.
The kitchen is clean again.
By the way,
it's now 2.52 p.m.
I've been working in the office
for a while now
and editing the video.
And now I feel like having a little snack.
And I'll tell you honestly,
it's not like I always make
every snack myself.
I often go for fruit,
some ready-made bars
or something else.
Or,
I just have to show you now,
I just had a mega mental breakdown.
What I also love so much right now,
I showed it to you on Instagram the other day,
layers.
The layers ice cream from Prozis.
When it is,
and you know,
in general,
the ice cream from Prozis.
Be sure to stop by.
They are so delicious.
You can spoon them out.
For example,
there is also a fruit ice cream sorbet.
Then there is also this Rush ice cream.
This is such an ice cream on the snow.
They also have very few calories.
So, of course,
I also often go for things like that.
It's also part of the summer.
You just want to
nibble on a little ice cream.
But today I came up with something.
And we do it together.
And it is a recipe from my cookbook.
You can find it, by the way,
linked below in the info box, of course.
There are a lot of great fitness recipes
linked in there.
And, among other things,
where do we get this?
Ah, that's right.
But these are the homemade recipes.
Blödsinn.
I also have a lot of things in there
that you can make yourself.
Among other things,
these frozen yogurt bars.
And they are so delicious.
And I haven't liked them in so long.
We'll make them together now.
And, as I said,
feel free to check out my cookbook.
There are so many great recipes in there.
So there's really something for everyone.
Ah, I can do this.
Ah, how do you make protein ice cream?
A pair of protein ice cream
or frozen yogurt bars.
Okay, that's too difficult.
I can't decide.
Okay, but we need a skimmer.
I have to see if we have one.
Wait a minute.
Yes, we have one.
Okay, not frozen yogurt bars,
but protein ice cream.
Let's go.
As you can see,
you hardly need any ingredients for this.
Just frozen berries.
Actually, quark,
but in normal pots.
And then as a topping,
a little berries and almonds and mint.
That gives it a little crunch.
And if you want,
you can also add protein powder.
That's in the taste of berries.
But I've always given you an alternative
in every recipe in my cookbook
where protein powder is used.
So either optionally,
then you can leave it out completely,
or alternatively,
what you can take instead.
By the way,
I always find a nutrition table
and often just a tip for every recipe.
So you are well equipped.
And I would say,
put it in the mixer
and then it's done.
How fast did that go?
It's really a real ice cream.
And if you make ice cream yourself,
you know exactly what's in it.
You can just do it
as you like.
And do you know what I'm going to do now?
I'm going to throw myself into the bikini
and then I'll enjoy my ice cream outside.
So let's go.
And here I am again in the bikini.
Fortunately, the ice cream hasn't melted yet.
So I would say,
straight out with us.
It's a little cloudy,
but it doesn't matter.
Fresh air is always good.
So let's go.
Who's there?
Hello Findus.
Hello.
Are you coming with me to the pool?
Yes, come.
Come.
Yes, come.
Look at this.
It's just a real dream.
Wow, how many water runs are there.
If you like the video,
I would be very happy
if you could just let us know
in the meantime
that you want to leave a comment.
It's so good, by the way.
It's so creamy, fruity.
So, it's now
5.59 p.m.
6 p.m.
I'm going to throw myself into something
a little cozy.
I don't tell you how it is.
I always forget about it.
I don't know why,
but I often sit on the couch
in jeans in the evening
and I don't understand it.
So now I threw myself into something
cozy from the bikini.
And now I'm going to get ready
and prepare dinner.
And I already teased a little bit
before.
I think not everyone has checked
what eggshells are, right?
Zifferlinge, they say in Germany.
I'll show you what we need for it.
And maybe you can guess
from the ingredients.
I'm going to make a delicious omelette.
I haven't had it for so long
and it's just a really healthy,
light, delicious dinner,
as I think.
And the cool thing is that you can fill it
as you like.
So if you don't like eggshells,
you can fill it with vegetables,
ham, cheese, whatever you want.
But I'm going to do it like this.
First, I'm going to clean,
wash, cut the vegetables
and so on.
So I have leek here,
eggshells, tomatoes,
parsley and shallots.
And then I'm going to fry it
and put it aside.
I'm going to fry it again with the oil.
By the way, this oil spray from Prozis is
really practical.
And then I'm just going to make
the omelette and fill in all the ingredients.
But you'll see that in a minute.
Let's go!
How does it look?
Does it look delicious
or does it look delicious?
Of course, you can only eat bread
or protein toast
if you want.
But I'm really looking forward
to this meal!
Together,
first bite!
You have to try it!
The combination of the egg
and the egg yolk
is awesome!
Of course, you can also
use regular champignons.
But if the egg yolk is in season
and it is,
then try it!
It has a completely different taste
than regular champignons.
It's good!
It's a late hour
and it's already
9.57 pm!
I thought it was
around 8 pm.
I've been editing this video
from my laptop
and I actually wanted to eat a rice roll.
But I'm going to do that now
because I'm a little hungry.
This is the nut rice roll from Prozis.
It's so delicious!
It has cashews, raspberries
and white chocolate.
In this sense,
I'll say goodbye now.
I really hope you enjoyed
the insight into my day
and especially into my diet.
As I said, I'm really looking forward
to the thumbs up and your comments.
And then I'd say
I'll see you next time.
Take care! Bye!
