Hi and welcome to a new video of mine. Today we're grilling. I asked you if you wanted cool grill recipes from me and that's what we're doing today.
Sascha is already here and is making fire on the campfire and he's already practicing. Do you want to know what's wild?
Yes, sure.
With fire steel.
With fire steel but also with lighter. That's only level 1.
That's level 1. And what's this?
I don't want to break it, it makes more sense up here.
Okay.
But...
I think you still have to warm up.
And there's someone else here.
It's already burning.
And yes, as I said, there are healthy, delicious, simple, quick, fitness grill recipe ideas for you.
The grilling season has started, you just want to change things up a bit, you want something cool, also delicious side dishes and so on.
And that's why I would say, let's get started.
Now I'll show you what we're going to do today.
I think you can see it in the background and maybe hear the fire burning.
Now you can start with my grill recipes for you.
We start with the filled peppers.
I think it's such a delicious idea.
You can fill everything you want on the grill.
That's why I'll show you how to do it. Let's go.
For the filled peppers, you definitely need peppers.
Depending on how many you want to make.
I have two here now.
Then definitely couscous.
We make it with vegetable broth and hot water.
And then you can basically cut everything you want into it.
I'll take tomatoes, leeks, coriander, feta and olives.
And then a little oil to spread on the outside for the peppers.
And that's it. Let's get started.
That was the first recipe.
By the way, maybe you noticed while cooking,
what a beautiful jewelry I'm wearing.
On the one hand, you can get a little closer.
You actually know my rings.
Because I always wear the same ones.
I'm from Pirouette and I love these filigree, beautiful rings.
And also these beautiful chains.
I'm currently a real pearl chain fan.
And I think you already know my earrings.
I'm a huge fan of the jewelry from P.U.L.A.
They have super good quality, are waterproof,
just hold up really well, have a great price-performance ratio.
And there's even a summer sale at P.U.L.A. right now.
There's up to 50% off.
And with my discount code PaulinaSummer,
everything is in the info box, you get another 10% on top.
So a very, very good time to stop by.
They have so many great jewelry, as I said.
Not just silver, I'm kind of a silver carrier.
Also gold, also rose gold.
In really great quality.
So feel free to stop by.
And now we'll move on to the second recipe.
And that is...
Ta-da!
What do I actually call it?
Tofu vegetable skewers.
So it's about skewers.
You can just do it yourself so easily and quickly.
Put on what you want.
And I put tofu on it, which tastes really good.
I'm going to try a combination.
I'll show you how to do it.
We need the tofu, of course.
It's Mediterranean.
But I'm still going to put it in the marinade.
So that it becomes really crispy and tasty.
For this I take soy sauce, chili flakes,
a little sesame, ginger, lemon and garlic.
And then just what you want on it.
Zucchini, red onions, mushrooms, paprika.
Then I have a little oil and vegetables around.
But you can really put on what you want.
And yes, I would say we start with the tofu.
Tofu
Recipe number 3 are grilled eggplant
or melanzane as we say in Austria.
And they go so fast.
I think that eggplant in general,
if you don't eat meat,
only meat alternatives,
is a really good meat alternative.
It might sound weird at first.
But it's a vegetable that has a real consistency.
And it's so delicious. I made such a delicious marinade.
And if I throw it on the grill right now,
I can hardly wait.
So delicious. So let's start.
For our grilled eggplant,
we need an eggplant.
You can of course take more,
depending on how much you want to make.
And then the rest is actually all for the marinade,
so that it tastes really delicious.
And that is salt, chili, lemon,
olive oil, garlic
and I'll take a little bit of coriander,
because I just love coriander.
But you can also take parsley or something else
or no herbs at all.
And that's it. Let's go.
And what must not be missing when grilling,
a delicious salad.
And sometimes you're like,
hmm, always the same.
What can I do a little differently?
And that's why I have a special
Greek salad for you.
That's what I would call it.
Lani is coming over now.
Do you want a melon?
Let's see.
How nice.
Melon, chickpeas,
just a slightly different variant.
Now the sun is coming back.
So have fun. I'll show you how to do it.
For our special Greek salad
we definitely need
watermelon,
then chickpeas.
By the way, watermelon instead of tomatoes.
I don't like the combination
and it just gives a really delicious special note.
Chickpeas,
then we know that from the Greek salad,
feta and cucumber,
a little lemon, herbs,
so mint and parsley,
salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
And that's it.
Let's mix everything. Let's go.
And that was my idea.
By the way, I can also show you
how I make my favorite grill sauce.
You can find it in my cookbook.
I gave it to you as a recipe.
It's a healthy tzatziki,
I would say.
I'll show you now
and you also have a delicious sauce
for all the delicacies.
That's it.
And those were my grill recipe ideas.
I hope you liked it.
I hope I was able to inspire you a bit.
If you even want a part 2,
then feel free to write it in the comments
or also ...
Now it's smoking.
What kind of video wishes you have,
I would love to hear your feedback.
I would be happy about a thumbs up.
And then I would say,
the grill season can start.
See you next time.
Take care and feel free to check out the info box.
Then you will get a beautiful piece of jewelry.
Take care and see you next time.
Ciao.
