Hi and welcome to a new video of mine!
Finally again! I'm so, so happy and you can also look forward to this video.
Today it's about your favorite dishes, about our favorite dishes.
I asked you on Instagram, what are your favorite dishes that may not be quite as healthy,
that I should transform for you into healthier dishes.
Sure, the title from unhealthy becomes healthy is of course a bit placid,
because you know, I don't like black and white thinking that much.
I don't think you can say in general, this is unhealthy, this is healthy.
Because we all know, friends, the dose makes the poison.
I also treat myself to a really nice pizza from an Italian.
But of course there are features where you can simply say,
okay, such a dish is healthier than another.
In other words, it is simply more nutritious, for example, more fiber-rich,
less bad fats, less chain carbohydrates and so on and so forth.
But if 80-90% of your diet consists of healthy meals,
then you can really think of it as something unhealthy, of course.
But you still want to take it upon yourself to just take a look.
Okay, what do we all like to eat? What is maybe not so healthy?
And we'll make that a little healthier now, because often that's enough.
If you just exchange a few little things, do a few things a little differently
and then you already have a healthier dish.
And yet you don't have to do without anything.
Maybe it even tastes better, even tastier.
In general, cooking yourself is always cool.
Then you also know what's in it, what's supposed to go in it.
And that's why I would actually say we start now.
I don't even want to talk about it for that long.
And that is spaghetti bolognese.
I think that was really a dish for me,
which was written down for so long in book of friends and so on in my favorite dish.
I think it's super delicious.
And you have to say, spaghetti bolognese is not as unhealthy as you might think.
But we'll take a closer look at the guys now.
A classic spaghetti bolognese has around 600 calories per portion.
Yes, and then you already see a lot of fat, for example.
Also a lot of saturated fats.
And yes, let's get started.
And I'll tell you what I've changed.
And instead of normal pasta, I just took protein spaghetti.
By the way, you can get them at Purses.
I can link them to you below.
They are very, very tasty.
You can also take spaghetti made from legumes, for example.
Or dinkel spaghetti, for example.
Then you also have more fiber, more protein.
And I think it tastes just as good.
If not even better, because it just adds a little extra note.
And by the way, you can also use zucchini instead of normal pasta.
If you want to make a really low-carb dish, it's also a cool alternative.
So you can also try it.
I showed you in my cookbook recipe.
Then you might already see a little bit of the ingredients.
I took a lot more vegetables than in a normal bolognese.
So you can just add a little more vitamins, more fiber.
Because a lot more than carrots is normally not in it.
But I added a little celery, a little zucchini.
I also think mushrooms, which I no longer have at home, are also very, very, very tasty.
But of course the whole thing is a matter of taste.
So just see how you want to spice up your sauce a little bit.
Then it goes on with the oil.
Especially if you order spaghetti bolognese in a restaurant, it is often very, very oily, very, very greasy.
That's why I just made sure that I didn't use a lot of oil.
I took this oil spray. You can also dose it very, very well.
I can also link it below.
And what I also did differently is that I didn't take real meat, but a vegetarian mince.
And I'll tell you exactly how it is.
It tastes just as good.
It's just not so much animal fat, but also a lot of protein.
So it's really crazy what's already possible at the moment.
Especially if you add a little bolognese spice, for example.
And last but not least, what should not be missing from spaghetti?
Of course the parmesan.
And I can also recommend these two alternatives here.
Once yeast flakes. They also have a lot of fiber.
They are also very, very high in protein.
And also this vegan pasta topping.
It's based on nuts.
I think it tastes really good, too.
You have to try it, because parmesan has a lot of animal saturated fat.
It's just a great alternative where you can make it even healthier.
And I can also link the exact recipe in the infobox.
But that's it.
These are my healthier spaghetti bolognese.
They are really so, so delicious.
I've already eaten a big portion of it.
And now you can see the nutrients displayed again.
It's just crazy how big the difference is.
We just have 56 grams of protein.
Much, much less carbohydrates.
In general, the portion also has fewer calories than a classic one.
That's why I would say we'll look at the next recipe right away.
And I hope you enjoyed it.
We'll continue with...
Ta-da!
Pizza!
I love pizza.
I think, tell me, is there anyone out there who doesn't make pizza?
I really can't imagine.
Pizza is just so delicious.
Pizza is just the thing.
It depends on how it's made.
What kind of coating is on it.
That's why it's a bit difficult to keep up with the nutrients.
I just took a classic vegetable pizza.
Because I'm going to make a vegetable pizza now.
And yes, as you can see, it definitely has a lot of calories.
Also a lot of carbohydrates.
Through the dough, of course.
Because pizza dough is mainly made of white flour.
There would be a very simple method.
Simply exchange this basic recipe for whole-wheat flour, for example.
This is really something where you can simply change a little thing.
And that makes up for a lot.
So you also have more fat in it.
And not too many empty calories.
Which simply bring in one-chain carbohydrates.
But now I have another cool alternative for you.
Which is something completely different.
Simply a full-vegetable pizza crust.
It's from Beetgold.
The practical thing is that it's just a ready-made crust.
That means it's super fast.
And especially when it has to go fast.
You don't have to resort to some unhealthy ready-made pizza.
To some not-so-healthy ready-made pizza dough.
But you can just choose this one.
It's organic, plant-based, without yeast.
Also without any additional preservatives.
It's also gluten-free.
And also very high in fiber.
And by the way, the dough is made of vegetable dresda.
That's when you de-juice vegetables.
With such a de-juicer, juice comes out on one side.
On the other side, this dresda.
So you really have to try it.
By the way, you can find it in the fridge.
So keep your eyes open.
I can highly recommend it to you.
There is also such a store finder online at Beetgold.
Then you can take a look at where you can find it.
For us, for example, only at SPAR.
Also these tortilla wraps.
They are also super delicious.
By the way, they look like this.
They even have 98% vegetables.
So yes, a very, very, very, very cool alternative.
And a cool variety.
Well, in any case.
Then it's time to prove it.
With the crust, the important thing is what you put on it.
I really like vegetables.
That's why my pizza always gets very, very colorful.
I also love mushrooms, for example.
I don't have that on it.
Just corn, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes.
What you have at home.
Mine is now completely without meat or sausage.
But as I said, you can of course prove it as you like.
And if you do it yourself, you know exactly what goes on it.
And for pizza cheese, mozzarella, you can also take light variants, for example.
I used light mozzarella here.
It's also very tasty and just has a little less calories, less fat and so on.
And yes, that's actually it.
And you can just be sure that you know what's on it.
A finished pizza, for example, also has a lot of salt, flavor enhancers and so on in it.
You just know that's not the case with us now.
Because we made it ourselves.
And that's already the finished pizza.
And it also tastes really, really good.
And now we come to the next or the last recipe.
And that's doner.
Write it down right away.
Do you say kebab or kebab?
We definitely say kebab.
Right away, maybe you can already see it.
I made a kebab kebab bowl plate, so to speak.
Because we just save the bread.
I can show you the nutrients of such a kebab kebab plate again.
It's always very, very difficult to say what the sauce is made of and so on.
You don't know exactly what the nutrients are.
Except we know it when we make it ourselves.
But it's definitely a lot healthier.
And a few of you know the kebab bowl, by the way.
Because you can find it in my cookbook, where there are also many other recipes.
But among other things, there are also these in here.
And now I'll show you what's different from a normal kebab bowl kebab plate.
As I said, we'll leave the bread out today.
Instead, there are fries or potato wedges.
These are, of course, if you have them in a kebab plate,
fried out really nicely with a lot of fat.
We don't do that, but we make the fries ourselves.
Just cut the potatoes here.
And then you can either do it in the air fryer,
there are also really good ones from Prozis.
Or in the oven.
Of course, that's also uncomplicated and fast.
So again, just a little oil on top, not that much.
Spices, you can season that really deliciously.
Spices make up so much.
Then you don't have to use that much fat.
And apart from that, a kebab is not that unhealthy,
if you look at it more closely.
Because there's a lot of vegetables in it.
So from tomatoes to red cabbage to salad,
whatever you want to put in there.
Onion, cucumber, I don't know what.
I also put in sheep's cheese,
because I just really like the taste.
So you also have a little protein with you.
And instead of meat, I also take a vegetarian alternative again.
And that's gyros planted meat.
That's really delicious too.
It's already really deliciously marinated.
And then again, these really ...
I mean, you all know these döner skewers,
which are just dripping down from the fat.
And then last but not least, the sauce.
That's often the most unhealthy thing about a döner.
And you can also make it a little healthier.
In this case, I just took Skia.
It's just more protein-rich, less fat,
and it also tastes very, very delicious.
I just grated a little cucumber,
pressed in garlic, a little lemon juice,
seasoned, and it tastes so good.
A little bit like tzatziki.
So this is our döner plate.
And I'll tell you how it is.
Much, much better than bought.
I promise. Try it out.
Yes, and now we're actually already at the end of the video.
As I said, you can find the exact recipes
again below in the info box.
There you will also find my cookbook.
There you will also find beet gold.
So take a look at that.
I wish you a lot of fun cooking.
Enjoy your meal.
Above all, write it directly in the comments.
Should I do another part like this?
Maybe also in the dessert direction.
Something where you say, Pauline,
make a healthy, I don't know, apple strudel.
Or healthy tiramisu or I don't know what.
Thumbs up. I'm looking forward to it.
And then we'll see each other
again next time. Take care.
So, and now I have to flash for a moment.
Bye.
