It's great that you're here today. Welcome. I look forward to your thumbs up, and if you subscribe to my channel.
If you have more losing weight tips that you think Petra should know about, please write them in the comments below.
Thank you in advance for that.
The most important thing for me, for example, is that I don't go shopping when I'm hungry.
When I do that, I don't just shop a lot, but I'm also about to eat at the next moment.
So it's not possible at all. That's why you should always shop what's on the menu and without hunger.
For example, I can shop really well until 1 p.m. or 1 p.m., because I do interval fasting and that doesn't bother me.
But if I go shopping at 5 p.m. and haven't eaten anything yet, it would be a little more difficult for me.
Something I would like to try for myself is not to eat anything after 5 p.m. as often as possible,
because I know that it's easy to lose weight.
So the last meal, be it the second, the third or the first, as is often the case with me,
ends at 5 p.m. and then nothing more.
You sleep better, you wake up much happier and you will definitely have less on your scale in the morning.
That's just incredibly good.
So let it be dinner in the evening.
I know it's very difficult, family, friends, dinner and so on.
But it does sometimes work that you can do it.
And then, if you can, really pull through.
Thirdly, eat only raw food for two days a week.
So raw fruit, raw salad, raw vegetables.
Prepare a salad with a super good dressing.
Eat a bowl full of berries.
There are always and at any time, and especially at the moment, a lot.
And as an evening meal, for example, a Spanish cold tomato soup.
It's incredibly good.
You feel super, super light.
By the way, it's also super good to eat raw, especially when it's very, very warm,
because raw food cools down and you lose weight perfectly.
And above all, please sleep.
Sleep, please.
Every night between seven and eight hours.
Because lack of sleep leads to the degeneration of muscle mass.
And thus, of course, to the build-up of fat.
Because you have fewer muscles that burn fat.
After the last meal, you can, by the way, enjoy five more pistachios.
Because they give you a really good sleep.
And in sleep, as you can see, you can lose weight.
It goes on.
This is a trick that I noticed at some point.
Because I don't have it with chopsticks.
And that's why I eat with chopsticks from time to time.
And I know it's because I eat less.
But for those who don't like chopsticks at all,
they should always put the cutlery to the side when they have brought a cutlery to the mouth.
Or maybe use a children's cutlery.
Because it fits less on a fork or a spoon.
And then eat again after the mouth is empty.
So fill the next fork, the next spoon again.
By the way, another little tip is that the plate should be small.
Because that can also be super helpful.
I always do that in my phases when I really want to do good for myself.
And I don't want to fill my stomach more than two thirds.
Because that's just super healthy.
And by the way, if you're someone who likes to eat a lot,
you can always eat a giant salad beforehand.
And that just makes you full because it fills your stomach.
Yes, it goes on.
What I also do is, when I assume that I have eaten the last one,
I go to the bathroom right away and brush my teeth.
And that's really neat.
And it takes a long time when I do that.
A total of six minutes.
Yes, and then I don't feel like it.
Just because I somehow feel like going through this process again.
That's why it's brilliant to put it in front of the drawer or the fridge.
Or wherever you have food or I have food to go to.
Yes, and then, of course, the longer a meal takes.
So the more you chew.
You know, that's my topic.
I'm a bit on the warpath with this topic.
The longer the body has time to activate all the saturation switches in the brain.
So just think about it and do it more and more often.
And there are now also possibilities how we can get used to it.
And now comes my last tip.
The longer we keep a bite in our mouth, the faster we get full.
This is done by the oral stimulation of smell, taste and consistency.
Yes, those were my personal eight take-away tips for you.
Put them down and you'll see that they work for you too.
Great that you watched.
And if you still have the ultimate tip that I've never mentioned or don't know,
just write it in the comments below.
And you can also say how you found the tips in general.
I would be very, very happy.
Thank you very much and see you next time.
Bye.
