I think there are over 30 million people who actually have to do with the topic that is the topic of the day today.
It's about the dangerous Parodontitis.
Has something to do with teeth and gums.
Yes, and I'm happy about your thumbs up.
And of course I'm happy if you subscribe to my channel.
And if you share my videos.
Otherwise, let's start now.
Again, more than a third of the German population suffers from a chronic inflammation of the gums.
Teeth bleeding, by the way, is one of the first signs.
And the easier it can be triggered by biting into, for example, a piece of apple or bread, the more alarming it is.
Parodontitis is an infectious disease caused by germs in the mouth area.
Bacteria settle on the teeth and, above all, on their food-eating surface and gums, on which they stick well.
Healthy gums then stick firmly to the tooth and, of course, no bacteria can move in anywhere.
So if the gums are loose, bacteria can penetrate the body through the gums.
So actually all over our entire body.
And that's where they cause inflammation and, of course, lead up here in the mouth to the decline of the gums.
Similarly, in the case of root-dealing dead teeth, toxic metabolic products, so-called toxins, and also germs,
can attack the teeth, gums and later the gums and get into the bloodstream.
The inflammation always gets a boost and thus becomes chronic.
And since the process is usually painless, it is dangerously often classified as harmless.
But please, please, never go to the dentist immediately and let them teach you what you can do.
By the way, I also have tips for you what you can do if you have it or don't get it at all.
And again, attention, there's something unpleasant coming up, but I just have to say it.
These bacteria can be transmitted, for example.
By what? Unfortunately, by kissing.
Yes, so let's see now, so that this doesn't happen at all.
How does it actually lead to a parodontitis?
First of all, there is bad dental care and our teeth-damaging influences, such as smoking,
which entails a six-fold higher risk of parodontosis.
Food with a high sugar content is one of them.
Soft drinks and stress also favor dental-endangering development.
The numbers that show how bad dental hygiene and modern diseases such as cardiovascular disease,
heart attack and Alzheimer's disease are linked are terrifying.
People with chronic parodontitis have a seven-fold higher risk of getting a stroke.
Most people think that such changes are normal the older you get,
so it's a kind of old age disease, but that's not the case.
People who have healthy teeth all their lives resist this error.
The most important basis for this is, of course, good dental hygiene,
so clean your teeth at least twice a day, each for two minutes.
For dental care of the interdental cavities, I recommend soft teeth,
an interdental brush or a dental floss.
To keep the abrasion of the dental flesh, but also the dental structure,
use appropriate dental care products, including vegetable oils and xylitol powder.
Please have your dentist perform a thorough dental cleaning at least twice a year.
Also minimize your consumption of cigarettes and, of course, your consumption of sugar.
Eat as much vegetables and salads as possible.
The ingredients and thus healthier oral flora support the healing process in the mouth area
and, of course, also in the entire body.
In addition, I also recommend oil.
Bacteria, germs and toxins remain in the oil and thus detoxify your whole body
and then also protect your dental flesh.
Yes, that's it for today.
And I think you understand why it is so important
that you do a really good dental hygiene every day.
And above all, continue to tell the story.
Because you can't start early enough.
Of course, it is best to install the right oral and dental care for the children.
But it's never, never, never too late.
So please, please share.
And if you want to see more videos from me,
then please do so up here.
Bye, all the best, see you next time.
